fast, easy, great quality
The ordering process for my panels was very easy, and I has some great/prompt customer service when I needed to alter a measurement at the last minute. Shipping was almost immediate (day after the order). My only issue came with the trucking company's scheduler - a rather rude person who got nasty with me when I could not receive the delivery on the day she wanted to schedule it. But Wainscotting America was great, and their product is top notch. I highly recommend them
