I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from Nitish Sharma at EazyFares. I recently contacted Nitish to book a flight from Charlotte, NC (CLT) to Mumbai, India (BOM). I was initially concerned about the cost of the flight, but Nitish was very patient and courteous as he worked with me to find the most convenient and affordable option. He was also very knowledgeable about the different airlines and flight schedules, which made the booking process much easier.
I was very impressed with Nitish's professionalism and dedication to customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my flight booking. I would highly recommend Nitish to anyone looking for a great customer experience.
