Texas bay in some aspects is amazing
Texas bay in some aspects is amazing, but in others’ severely lacks. I think it depends on what day you go in and what branch. The summer wood staff is always efficient and friendly. The northshore branch manager is rude and condescending, and the tellers don’t even give you their name. Phone reps are almost always helpful and friendly.
