I have been putting refinance off for some time. I thought the process would be difficult and lengthy. I finally made the choice to go ahead and start the refinance process after listening to many Mortgage Radio Show broadcasts. I submitted an online request and was contacted the next day by Michael Nowak. I am difficult to get a hold of during the day but Michael was patient and understanding. He asked all the right questions in regards to what I was looking to accomplish with this refinance. He put together many different mortgage proposals explaining what the benefit would be to me and my plans for the home. I selected a mortgage that is saving me almost $900 dollars a month! After I committed to the mortgage things went pretty fast in my opinion, maybe not in Michaels, as he has experience in mortgages. He was in contact with me the entire time informing me of who would be contacting me and what I needed to do or provide. It was truly a pleasure working with Michael Nowak and Octavio Zamora.
