I did not buy a refurbished Radio from you. I bought a new Radio from Velocity. I even filled out the guarantee twice. DO NOT TWIST AND DISTORT THE TRUTH. The simple fact is I’ve had two Little Shelford. Original from Velocity and either a new or back to Base refurbishment! That is the one which broke again. It was from you. You gave me a guaranty which I filled in. The radio still after all this time looks new but has only worked for 3 hours or less! Rubbish machine, rubbish Aftersales. Folks do yourselves a favour and do not buy from this ducking and diving company. Stick to Sony, hitachi, roberts, Pure, or any other manufacturer!! Majority just SHUT UP!
