Actually the loan or lease procedure was not bad. However, I put up some land as collateral and the lease was paid off in 2017. Georgia code requires them to release the lien within 60 days of payoff. It’s 2022 and they still have not released the lien. I have called and emailed every day and I get nowhere. . No one seems to know what to do. My theory is nobody cares because the money has already changed hands. Terrible service. They can contact me at 678-873-5785 if they want to actually get it squared away. Update edit : 3 days later and still no response from your “Team” I have done all the legwork for them and sent the paperwork 3 times to no avail. 3rd update edit. 2 more days and no one from your “fabulous team” has contacted me You have a lien on my property. You have 60 days after payoff to remove it. It’s been over 5 years. This is called “Slander of Title” in the legal world. If this is not resolved by Monday I will lose the sale if this land and will be looking for damages due to your negligence and refusal to do your job. Sunday edit: Zero contact with your great team.
