Great customer service, item horrible !
Customer service for the mess up with the wrong name was replaced very quickly.
Unfortunately this quilt is a little disappointing. Its nothing like I pictured. I thought it would be a quilt cover not a blanket. Sorry to say but its not something my son would put on his bed. Looks very old fashioned.
