Bad Timing, Good Product
Once I placed my order, it took some time to receive. I received one update about a delay and no response to an email. I finally made contact through messaging and my order did finally arrive. My order had a couple of substitutions on style that I indicated to them. They sent the correct ones in a reasonable amount of time and did not ask for a return. In the end, they made good on delivery and correcting an error.
My order was place in April, in the midst of COVID. I know that the USPS was overwhelmed during this time as, I assume, was Hook 360. I don't think they are a bad company but maybe just overwhelmed where they over promised and under delivered on delivery of their product.
While I was frustrated with the amount of time for delivery, in the end, they made good on customer satisfaction. I leaned towards 3 stars but gave them 4 for a strong finish.
