I purchased a custom white dress shirt from Neronote, following closely the measurement instructions, with the assistance of my wife. The shirt arrived on the day anticipated. (This turned out to be the only positive thing about this transaction). I am a 6'4" male with a arm measurement of 38" and a neck of 20" and weigh in at 325 lbs. Here is a list of my complaints: 1. The sleeves are too short. 2. The neck is too small. 3. The arm holes are too small. 4 The area across the shoulders/back is much too tight and binding, 5. The shirt is so short that is would never be kept tucked in the pants waist. 6. The material is much too thin and flimsy and gauzy. 7. The sewing was very poor quality. When I called the company to report my, I was clearly told that I had no hope for satisfaction....later i was informed that i could get a 20% discount on a reorder....yeah right!!!! Nope...no second order Thank You... I don't throw good money after bad. They were incapable of looking at my measurements and determine that I am a big man requiring room. The measurements were to the letter as requested!! Walmart is a better bet.
