Resolution in Process
After I published a negative review here, Neronote replied, telling me that they had in fact responded to my request to fix the shirt's measurements. They forwarded an email I never saw dated more than a month back, but in any case, they were responding now. They appear eager to resolve my issue. A few days ago, I sent them photos capturing the ill fit of the shirt and offered to send them the shirt if they'll fix it. The shirt itself, fit aside, seems well constructed. I can't imagine mail-order bespoke could ever be right the first time, so I expect to send the shirt back a couple times. Once we get it right, I want them to lock in those measurements so I can always order the perfect-fitting shirt from them. Once this is all resolved, I'll update my review and rating.
