!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF. If I could give them zero stars I would. Also, READ the other bad reviews because they’re similar experiences to what I had dealing with this company. BELIEVE THOSE REVIEWS!! I purchased two suits, first one never even made its way to my door step, and when they received the suit back, they gave me a partial refund. WHY? Shipping purposes. But I literally never even got the suit. They say the receiver sent it back, but I literally never got the suit nor made a decision to return it back… “sorry can’t do anything about it so we just have to take your money to offset shipping even though it was our fault.” Fine, it was about $10 dollars, I could live with that. Second time I purchased a suit from them, I received it but it was too small. I returned it, even paid $20 shipping. It was returned in perfect condition, had the original box , hanger, and protective wrapping it came with. There was absolutely nothing on it, no stains, no “fuzz” or “animal hairs” (I don’t even own any pets or animals) then I get a notification for a PARTIAL REFUND. I called and asked why I didn’t receive a full refund. They say there was a STAIN on the suit. HOW? I’d delivered it in it’s original packaging and everything it came with. They can’t give me a straight answer and decide they will “investigate” what was wrong with suit because they have a different department that handles returns. Keep in mind they told me it was a “stain” originally. They never bothered to send me any proof or pictures there was anything wrong with the suit, just had to TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. Like I said earlier, I returned the suit in its original (perfect and clean) condition and only wore the suit to try it on, (literally on and off in 5 minutes) never wore it out or used the suit for anything. It was a black suit for a funeral in the future. So there was absolutely no reason to wear it other than for special occasion. I received an email from them days later only for them to tell me after concluding their investigation, there was evidence of “animal hairs” and “fuzz” on the suit. BUT WAIT! You told me over the phone, on a recorded line, and said there was a “stain” on the suit and now you’re telling me there was fuzz on the suit, even though it was securely packaged with protective wrapping over the suit. Hmmm, something’s not adding up, smells to me like fraudulent practices. These are the people that run this business! Trust your money with a REPUTABLE BRICK AND MORTAR STORE because these suits are coming from a WAREHOUSE where the suits will most likely get dirty and pick up stains or “fuzz”and guess what, you get to pick up the tab for their absolute negligence. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
