Check your Junk Mail (Hotmail Users) if you have not heard from Neronote
I ordered my Shirt on the 16.03.15. Neronote contacted me to say it would be shipped on 27.03.15.
I had heard nothing since and I wrote a complaint on this portal. One hour later they contacted to say they had emailed me previously. As a hotmail user, they asked if I had checked my junk mail. I hadn't of course because there was no reason to. The fact was they had written to me with a query about my measurements. They were very helpful and I gave them an apology. I now look forward to seeing how good their shirts are. Watch this space.
