This is a review for the 2nd order with the SummerNN16 promo. I am satisfied with shirts quality and fitting (4 shirts in total for the 2 orders) overall. The 2nd order was a bit bumpy when I tried to track my order status. The promotion stated ship out date is Sept 2nd for order placement earlier or on Aug 19th. Got confirmation email stated my order was placed on Aug 18th. Next email saying estimated shipping date is Sep 5th which already was a delay. No further update since then so I sent an email on Sep 7th to follow up on my order. No reply so second and third email sent on 9th and 12th respectively. Got an email reply on Sep 12th and saying order will be shipped on Sep 16th. My order was shipped on Sep 14th at last which was a 12 days delay as what has been stated in the promo. I guess the delay could be due to my order was being overlooked or they have received too many orders. Either way, I believe customer would be more satisfied if they can approach their customer proactively in the case of delay in production.
