They don't reply... And they don't know how to measure shoulders
They don't reply and they're snarky about it too.
Let's put this down. I placed an expensive order of over £600 for 5 or so shirts. I inquired about paying for another one. They kept my money and after 2 weeks, I asked if they've shipped it out. Because I inquired about paying for a 6th one, they didn't bother to make any shirt.
I was cross because I waited two weeks and the blockade was that they wanted more money off me. They just have really bad service. Anyways thing were looking to be good once one of the customer service people offered a trial shirt. They called me and it was a pleasant experience. Maybe its the fact they can put themselves in my shoes unlike the other staff.
Anyways, received my trial shirt. Was really happy with the fit everywhere. They got it to MM precision (so they say) everywhere except the shoulders. The shoulders were greater than 2% off the mark reasonable allowance, and was too small to begin with as a result. I asked if this can be taken into account off before I place my order again (the one from earlier). They kept deflecting the blame and basically couldn't confirm if the perfect fit guarentee would apply. So I'm going to keep the trial shirt and not place an order and be happy with this experience for that fact I paid nothing. Enjoy.
I'm not tolerating people who talk to me in a condescending manner and don't genuinely see my concerns. They lack empathy and its so hard to build bridges as a result.
I'm not kidding, I was really close to placing an order. They just don't know how to communicate in an effective manner that produce results. They can't say "Oh sorry we can't deal with this right now", "oh I have asked someone, I'm waiting for a reply". They don't care. They literally could've said anything, such as asking for more time and I wouldn't of minded it one bit.
I'm not giving my money now, they've really annoyed me now by not replying. They don't about profits lol. What a weird business model seriously.
