Many delays, eventually cancelled
Sunglassess with Rx ordered April 30th with 10-14 delivery commitment. Got multiple recommits over e-mail from a rep who didn't take a particularly customer-centric attitude. She was more interested in arguing about days then solving any problems. Eventually got escalated to a supervisor who left me a voicemail saying my lenses had failed inspection 5 times. How is that even possible? I don't have a complicated prescription. More promises. More delays. Eventually they agreed to just give me 100% refund on June 9th. I'll give them credit for that, but it wasted a lot of time in the process. STAY AWAY!
