Well they screwed it up again!
Second time I’ve ordered glasses from this company. Ordered them paid for them two days later they called me and said they hadn’t processed my order because I hadn’t paid for them. I explain to the lady I paid she then said oh I see you paid well what we can do now is will give you free expedited shipping. I said OK how soon can I get my glasses I believe it was 10 to 17 business days for a pair of very expensive sunglasses. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company the first time they screwed it up made it right but it was a huge hassle. Now they’ve messed this one up to that’s all I want to do I said Bob give me my glasses as soon as you can man no worries sorry 10 to 17 business days. Customer service is just not good with his company I’m a 58 year old manAnd I’ve owned several businesses and never ever run a business like this I don’t know why people keep going back to these people. I guarantee you I will never buy another pair of sunglasses from this company no matter what I will do without before I order another pair of prescription sunglasses that I need from this company.
