Avoid this rancid pile of garbage business
This business is a disaster of a dumpster fire. I ordered glasses three weeks ago. They certainly care about customer service when they send endless emails trying to upsell me, but it ends there. I got an email a week after I ordered saying my glasses would be delayed by up to two weeks. I got another email today saying my glasses would be delayed by at least four more weeks. Now we are talking an August delivery for an early June order. They simply don't care. I get form emails from someone who doesn't even bother to answer my phone calls or emails. I needed these by mid July for a reason. If I acted like these jokers did in my own job, I'd be fired. Avoid this train wreck of a business like the plague. I don't need an empty apology or any excuses or a defensive response trying to protect your own reputation. I just want what l paid you for sometime before I'm dead and buried. I either need my glasses or for you to do something to make this right. Only have a manager reach out to me if there is going to be a substantive resolution and not a "we're sorry sir, this is beyond our control." This is amateur hour. Order from anyone else other than these clowns if you want your glasses sometime before the Apocalypse. Worst service ever.
Proposed solution is unacceptable. I lost three weeks waiting for these clowns and nobody else can fill my order in time.
