I had a bit of trouble finding the size I wanted via the website, so I contacted RUSEEN and they were extremely helpful. In this day of age, that is pretty much unheard of. Perhaps a function of being smaller? Whatever the reason, I appreciate it and I would not hesitate to shop again.
There is nothing like being able to talk to someone when you have an issue.
