Greetings, I have used thread-logic on at least 5 occasions. It seems like the more I use them, the more messed up my orders continue to be. This particular time my order was as follows: 40 Men Work Jackets 2 Men Out gear jackets 7 Female Jackets The first time I was contacted they stated that the 40 that I ordered they were not in stock and I needed to choose another style of jacket. I chose the 2nd style of jacket that was suggested and come to find out those did not come in the Navy color, as requested. I changed the color to brown. I was contacted once more regarding the embroidery of our company logo. The jacket that they suggested had a pocket on the left so I was not able to put my logo on the left. They moved the logo to the right. Later my product was mailed, however they contacted me to inform me that 3 of my jackets were lost by UPS and they could not just redo those 3 jackets because they were out and they were on back order. I stressed the importance of receiving the jackets by 12/16/14, we will see if that gets done. I feel these are the jackets I am stuck with not the jackets I chose. Too bad that I needed these jackets as they are part of my employees bonuses. However, more than likely I will not order my jackets from thread-logic anymore. Last year I ordered roughly about 30 jackets and had no problem. I have also ordered caps with my company logo, the first time it was an easy process, this time it was very complicated. The lady that helped put my order together is nice but I am not sure if we communicate and understand each other well. On numerous occasions I emailed her telling her to call me, that I would probably explain myself better verbally and we can stop all the emailing back and forth, when she did contact me she was very short-tempered with me.
