Great products, great experience
William Henry makes beautiful products. I bought a Kestrel Scout pocket knife which turned out to not be what I was looking for. No reflection on the product or William Henry. It was beautifully made and very high quality. I ended up buying a different WH product (Pikatti Ares) from a jewelry store.Their no questions asked return policy is great and I could do it on their website very easily. Both the original delivery of the product and the refund later were very fast. I received the knife about 4 days after ordering and the refund the first business day following their receipt of the product. Excellent service all around.
