Good service, innacurate sizing
The service from Thread Logic was great; The communication was timely, the price was acceptable, the embroidery looks good, work was done and shipped with speed and accuracy.
The product was marginal. I anticipate that the coat will be a good winter coat, however the zipper is difficult to use, and the size is wrong. I ordered from TL because they were the only company I could find with "tall" sizing. I wanted to get Tall Med, but they only carry Tall LG. This size should have been OK, but the coat fits more like an XL. I'm a trim man with long arms, so I need a Tall Med, but the Tall LG would have been OK. I don't like swimming in my coat.
