Satisfied but not wowed
I had put in my first order (for a snowsuit) & when my account was created during checkout I was signed up for emails. Upon completion of payment I got a welcome email offering 10% off of an outerwear purchase, good until the end of the month. I emailed the company asking if the 10% could be returned as I literally just placed an order for outerwear. They said they couldn’t. I asked if I could cancel my order & put in a new order using the 10% off code. The customer service rep then said they couldn’t guarantee stock. That seemed iffy to me. By the time I got answers (as the 7 hour time difference meant delays between emails), I had rec’d a shipping notice. I replied saying it was too late for me to cancel. Suddenly customer service decided to pull my order for me & cancel it, if that was what I wanted. I put in a new order using the discount code successfully, and then had them cancel the order.
I received my order very quickly with no issues regarding shipping. We have yet to use the product, so I can’t comment on that.
Overall I was eventually satisfied with my order, but I feel that the customer service could have been better.
