Personalized service and excellent products
I purchased a vintage Rolex Oyster Date Precision from Phigora. The watch is in very good clean condition for its age. The shipping packaging was not as robust as other firms I have purchased from but no damage was done during shipment. I requested a return of the watch under warranty due to misalignment of the hour and minutes dial and George granted the return right away and paid for shipping back. They repaired the issue and re-serviced the watch and returned it to me in one week. Outstanding customer service.
