Not made for heavy use
Xpole is great if it's just you using it.

X-Pole helped me shut it down at my recent performance!
I wouldn't have trusted any other company with my most recent needs of a 16 foot stationery pole. With the X-Joint multi-piece system, ceiling mounts and incredible in-destructive chrome material, my performance received an overwhelming review and I was able to take my own pole talents to a whole new level by having a tall pole available for public performance. Mostly great, joints are hit or miss.
I mostly love the x-poles I have. They're easy to set up and take down, and easy to transport in the trunk of my car. Out of three sport poles I have though, one has given me continuous troubles with rotating joints (even after replacing the A pole, and the 1000mm extension, and replacing the rotated joints with the longer ones, all of which I had to pay for myself). I'm pretty sure it wasn't an issue with not tightening the joints properly, or tight enough, because I had researched the poles before purchasing and was dead-set on doing everything I could to avoid the joint rotating issue. Still had the issue. Turns out it wasn't me, it was the joints/pole. I hope they've fixed the joint issue, or plan to if they haven't already because otherwise xpole makes a great product.

Amazing company, products and customer service!!
I've used XPole since 2007 both personally and in my business and I have to say that their products are top notch. I have never had any trouble with any pole I have ordered for myself, or a student. Good customer Service
At 1st I was having a difficult time getting into contact with them. I tried emailing and calling with no luck... I was really bummed because I know their poles are top quality. I found out later that they are understaffed. So that explains things. The next day I had an email response answering all of my questions and leaving direct links to what I needed on the site. Super helpful! & I got a call from XPole the same day. Amy walked me through everything and I should have a pole on the way soon! Thank you Xpole and Amy for getting back to me and providing good customer service!

Over a month after I’d paid
Over a month after I’d paid, they told me shipping changed and I owe and additional $400. I said no, I’d already paid $200 for shipping. Another month has passed, they won’t answer my emails, calls or dms, I can’t get the product or my refund.

A literal scam hub
A literal scam hub. I tried to order a xpole sport TWICE and both transactions “declined” with two separate cards even though I had money on them. I say that they “declined” because the website said it did but when I checked both statements they had charges from them on it. I contacted Xpole’s support team and they said there was no transaction found for either of them, after a week of emailing. Luckily I was able to get one of my banks involved and got a refund for one, but no luck with the other. The worst part in all of this was a couple of days later on BOTH CARDS unauthorized transactions started popping up out of no where. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY! And yes, I have receipts.

Great Reputation and they have KLARNA!
Roxanne was super helpful in answering my questions for the best pole finish for my concerns with living in a very humid climate. I just placed my order and I’m so excited! I did not do much research in poles before buying a cheap off brand one, and boy have I regretted it. I was able to use Klarna in order to make payments and I’m so thankful X-Pole USA has them as an option. I CANNOT wait for my new pole to arrive and once again, HUGE “thank you!” to Roxanne for being so knowledgeable and helpful. And THANK YOU X-Pole for making such good quality poles that every user raves about.

Best Purchase!
I recently bought the XPERT Pro (PX) pole and I am so happy that I did! Im a beg/intermediate poler and I have been on the fence about buying a pole because I live in a smaller apartment with carpet. After reading plenty of reviews and consulting with Roxanne (the best customer service associate!) I decided to move forward with the purchase. It came quickly and was SO easy to install and it is so secure and safe (we have all seen those horrifying pole fail videos). I love that I can switch between static and spin so easily. If you are on the fence like I Was, I would recommend reaching out to Roxanne, she got back to me super quick, answered all of my questions, and even answered questions she anticipated I had. This company and service is really the best!

I called to speak with a technician and…
I called to speak with a technician and left a message. Rosey got back to me within a half hour and was super helpful. We realized I was going to need a new base for my pole and they ended up giving me the part for free! I’m very impressed with this company and so thankful for how easy it was to problem solve/how helpful they were to me.

I paid over a thousand dollars for this…
I paid over a thousand dollars for this thing almost a month ago and still can’t use it because it’s defective and customer service won’t return my calls or emails. Save your money folks 😤 For the amount of money I paid, you’d think customer service would be top priority. This company is the absolute worst.

phone number doesn't work...
Their phone number doesn't work. They lie about having a live chat on their website AND they don't respond to emails. Awful customer service especially given how expensive their products are and how difficult they can be to setup. Not everyone is good with hex keys and giant metal poles. Go figure!

Great experience
I got fantastic customer service from Laura. I really did not think they were going to care about my issue, but Laura actually resolved my issue without trying to point fingers or fight me on it. (Seems rare these days) Xpole obviously actually cares about the safety and quality of their product, and it shows through the way they conduct business.

Carolina Stone is hands down the best…
Carolina Stone is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! I had run into an issue where I didn't get the full deal for the Black Friday promo and I was super nervous to talk to customer service to see if I could get it fixed. Not only was she super accommodating, she had the best attitude and I felt I could talk to her for hours! I understand it can be such a busy time fo the year in which it would be understandable that service reps might be getting burnt out but NOT Carolina! She's truly a gem and I have such trust in Xpole even more so now that they take the time to hire amazing customer relation reps!

Quick and supportive
I had an issue with my final receipt because I was charged for shipping when it supposed to free . Since this is my first experience with Xpole, I was really worried about their customer service due to previous reviews. However, Carolina Stone was amazing and kind. FedEx lost my package but XPole took care of me!
FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole. Thanks to Carolina she will get the replacement one to me ASAP.
