haven’t received my order seller nor Target is trying to help me with a replacement. I’ve been robbed out of my MONEY!!!! This item was delivered to another home or lost! Target CSR couldn’t help me solve my issue or problem! As a unsatisfied customer I’m very disappointed!!! Horrible experience! Don’t buy from this company or Target! First play on Virgin vinyl skipped
I setup the turntable. Put on a virgin copy of MJ Thriller. First play. The record skipped all the way through the tracks. Can’t see any way to adjust the tone arm weight. With time and installing the turntable in its final location the problem with skipping has gone away. Customer service from World wide Stereo was Excellent. They researched their product and made appropriate suggestions and offered to take the turntable back Thank You to Ira from customer service.

Online Buyers Beware
Absolutely non-responsive customer service. I emailed, left a voicemail message, and even talked to an actual person. They never responded to help with a wrong order placed online (admittedly my fault). I’ll keep the product and never buy from them again. Lesson learned.

Don't buy from here
Over sold product they didn't have. I got a refund but that did not help me. It screwed me because now I can't find the headphones I bought. In stock. ANYWHERE Update / response. They didn't tell me anything. I had to call and ask why my order is taking so long. That's why I wasn't able to secure another pair. The "prompt" refund, wasn't prompt at all. It took me calling for it be addressed. Which I gave more than a couple of weeks to be considerate. All other retailers were either already sold out of the given product. Or in the few weeks I let pass by before contacting them. The rest had sold. If they were more prompt and a better business. They would have did exactly what they said but weeks earlier. So I could have perhaps maybe found the product i was looking for.

Online Ordering Bad Experience
Around 9/15 I ordered a PAIR of speakers which was said to be in stock! Monday the 18th ONE speaker arrived! After online chat which they said other speaker had to shipped from their other warehouse. I figured OK another day probably. Until I received updated email with tracking.. Shipping from California??!! Your home base is in the state I live PA. You mean to tell me you have no warehouse in our big state?? I drove up to your store last year from Langhorne, PA and purchase a Cambridge receiver & Denon turn table. It's TEN days later and I'm still waiting for 2nd speaker of pair. Online ordering not trustworthy.

I never received my turntable
I never received this. It was a gift for my boyfriend, so it's extremely disappointing. First the problem appeared to be with UPS because they didn't notify me that they were here to deliver. I notified WWS and told them about the problem and that I needed them to call UPS and report the problem. The man said he would get back to me but never did. I won't be ordering again.

I order a receiver it was send by UPS and UPS loss the package , now I need to wait for UPS to do a investigation, now World Wide Stereo has my money and I don’t have my equipment. I call them but I guess they prefer for me to cancel order and buy when I get my refund somewhere else !

I was told twice that my product had…
I was told twice that my product had shipped and it had not. I ordered from this retailer because of the quick shipping, but the item was delayed for nearly a week then shipped to me from Amazon instead.

Doesn’t connect all units
It said it was compatible and easy to set up. Me and my son, who is tech savvy, spent hours trying to get it set up and synced and failed. The sound bar is connected to the tv so that works but there is no “surround sound” since the others don’t connect. This was a huge expense and super unsatisfactory.

Speakers & Amp...
I ordered a pair of speakers and an amplifier; If I had just ordered the speakers this review would be five stars as they were received in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had to cancel the amplifier order as it still had not shipped after a full week and no ship date was being given. I am also still waiting for them to apply the refund for the amplifier to my credit card and it was returned a week ago per the FedEx proof of delivery. I really had high hopes...bummer.

Reached out for pre purchase support. Received a prompt reply the next day and although my answer could have been provided immediately the reply from Ryan requested additional irrelevant information. I provided the irrelevant information and never received a response again.
