If I could leave negative stars
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Wordans sent us a completely wrong order and it went straight to my screen printer who printed our logo on the hoodies so now I cant return. I spent $5k on zip hoodies for my employees and the hoodies we received were all sized incorrectly. So anyone who is normally an XL would need a 2X or 3X. Wordans says this is acceptable because it falls under their "measurement tolerance." I buy sweatshirts for my guys every year and we have never had a problem with sizes until ordering from Wordans. Wordans will not do anything to help reconcile the situation. Don't waste your money here! Find someone more reputable.

I got a order of sweatshirts in and one of them had a few tiny holes on the sleeve. I contacted costumer service and Mig helped me out. Very helpful and kind, he was going to have the warehouse send me a replacement but that color was out of stock so instead he helped me out to get a refund. Very pleased with my experience.
