Your product arrived damaged and crushed! Wheels are not true,balanced and round. Missing bolts and nuts for accessories....batteries not up to standard....will not show charge levevel upon request from button on battery ? VERY!! DISAPPOINTED BY WHAT YOU OFFER...!!!+ EXPECT COMPENSATION FOR A NEW BATTERY....DIDN'T EVEN LAST 9 MILES!

It needs safety devices like mirrors and flags
It’s OK, but there are no mirrors or any safety flags or any place to put them. I appreciate the day materials are light weight, but makes me a little nervous about how sturdy it is.

Damaged goods
Damaged goods. We so far have had our fenders, tires damaged, pieces missing, seat damaged (all upon receiving shipment. The battery gauge on one of the bikes only charges to two out of 5 bars even if we charge it fully overnight. We are currently working with the company to see how to remediate this. Other than that the bikes do look nice and for the price point seem reasonable. Not happy with the damages so far

I HAVE JUST FINISHED ASSEMBY OF THE TRIKE AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND ENGINEERING ...LIKED THE BOLTS ALREADY IN THE LOCATIONS FOR ATTACHMENT...I READ REVIEW OF OTHER BUYERS PUTTING THE TRIKE TOGETHER.. I AM 91 AND HAVE MECHIANICAL ABILITY SO I HAD NO PROBLEMS...WOULD SUGGEST THOSE WITH LIMITED SKILLS...FIND A FRIEND TO HELP...IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY AND WILL GIVE ME EXERCISE WHEN MY POOL IS TOO COLD.

I received my Viribus Getaway Plus…
I received my Viribus Getaway Plus folding bike on time and undamaged. It was packed very well, easy to unbox, and came fully assembled which saved me a lot of time. The battery was almost fully charged so I was able to take it for a test drive right away. The full suspension definitely made a big difference for a comfortable ride. I was somewhat hesitant when going up an incline hill, but was pleasantly surprised that the pedal assist helped me without a ton of effort. That's pretty good for a man over 200 lbs. I am quite happy with my purchase and definitely feel this was a great deal for the level of bike you are getting.

Plus size woman’s seal of approval
After spending months and months researching e-bikes I finally pulled the trigger on the Viribus tricycle, boy am I glade I did! Couple of fun facts, I’m a plus size woman who is also disabled and tend to have an issue with balance. Not one of those issues stand in my way with this bike! It was affordable ( in comparison to other bikes) not to difficult to assemble..and a blast to ride!..Now my only issue is waiting for the snow to melt so I can get out and have some fun!

The bike chain was already installed…
The bike chain was already installed when we received the tricycle. It was wrapped around the frame and no master link for removal. we needed to take it to a repair shop to be taken off. neither the printed or utube directions matched the tricycle. We incurred a $150 bill from the bicycle shop to assemble. Very unhappy with this company

The easy cruise The bike arrived as stated in e-mail…
The bike arrived as stated in e-mail purchase conformation. Was easy to assemble ( I am a trained mechanic), think the average person can do it. The instruction(s) were easy to follow and illustrated for clarity. I find the ride to be comfortable and easy to manage. The assist is way more powerful then I could examine and makes it easy for a disabled person, like myself to ride.

Unsafe bike
Purchase two bikes. One was clearing mananufactured with a defect and after only a few months they do not stand behind there products. Better to look for other bikes that are not unsafe. Buyer beware.

Instructions make it impossible for a novice to put together
I underestimated how difficult the bike would be to put together. The printed instructions that came with the bike are useless. Using a combination of those instructions, another PDF found online along with several YouTube videos I've been able to mostly assemble. I will pay a bike shop to install and tune brakes, chain and derailer and double check the bike. We'll see if the review gets better one I actually take it out for the first time. 5/23/2024 I gave up one week ago and took it to a bike shop to have them assemble. If I had just bought a regular trike I may have been ok, but mine was 7-speeds with brakes. It was too much for someone with physical limitations. The shop is very busy, so I'm still waiting. Before my stroke I used to ride a lot. Can't wait to be able to get out again. Finding ways to exercise have been a challenge with my loss of balance.
