A+ Customer Service
I have not yet installed the teak shower bench but it is beautiful. My five star review is actually about the manufacturer/seller, Teakworks4u sent me the bench through FedEx. Even though we received notification from FedEx that the package was delivered, we did not receive it. I notified Teamworks4u and they immediately sent me another one. By the time I received the new one, the original one showed up. I'm guessing it was delivered to the wrong address. I requested Teamworks4u send me a FedEx label so I could return one of the benches. They did so right away. I appreciated that they trusted me when I said I didn't receive the bench. They have been a great company to work with!

Great service, great quality, perfect fit.
Ordered a teak mat for our shower that has a troublesome floor. I sent them the exact measurements for the mat, and when we received it, it was perfect. Love the way it looks and solved a big problem for us. Highly recommended.
