The 1st Zojirushi rice cooker wasn’t working properly. Superco responded promptly of my issue and offered me refund or replacement. I loved the way The Rice came out so I asked for a replacement. The new Zo seems to work good so far. Thanks Superco! Will definitely order through Superco in the future.

Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker Online
I’ve been waiting for a sale on zojirushi neuro fuzzy rice cooker for a while when I saw superco’s deal online. I’m not based in CA, so I’m not familiar with the store. I decided to purchase through them anyway since the price was nearly 20% cheaper than all other vendors. The rice cooker was shipped the same day I placed the order and I received it in 3 days. The order processing and shipping speed was phenomenal. I’ve used the rice cooker three times now and am very happy with the rice quality! It’s a very significant improvement over my instant pot pressure cooker. Would absolutely buy from them again!

I never heard of this place before and…
I never heard of this place before and as I was searching for a Zozirushi rice cooker and seems only this place was carrying. So I called them to make sure the web site is legit. Some one answered and mentioned the stock is limited. I placed the order and the item arrived brand new double packed. Don't hesitate to order from them and they are genuine people. But I don't know whats their return policies though i case you run into issues with the item
