Absolutely terrible quality
Absolutely terrible quality. Will not let you return the product and make it extremely difficult. They ask you to take photos and videos of the product. Never heard of a company would ask for video. Be careful of this company, my order was shipped from America, not UK.

I ordered three stylers and only…
I ordered three stylers and only received two, both boxes were damaged after waiting a longtime. I’m still trying to get a refund for the missing one. I advised they are a gift and I wasn’t happy about the damaged boxes and was told they have come a long way in transport. I’m not satisfied with the service or communication and regret ordering from this company. Save your money and time. We will have disappointed teenagers.

Do not buy this company
Do not buy from this company. Order 5 in 1 hairstyles, first wouldn't work, then smelt burning tried again then had blue sparks coming out. Contacted them offerd me £4 compensation, I refused then offered me £6. They tried to put me off sending back for refund as they said it would cost me a lot of money.

1 star is too many for this company
1 star is too many for this company. Bought a hair curler it was supposed to spin which it didn't. I was asked to send a video of it not spinning. They said their technical dept said it was fine so offered me £3 to keep it! I got my money back of PayPal and threw it in the bin

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, my item (5 in 1 hairstyles) arrived broken. They asked for proof via a video and pictures.I sent both onot to be told they couldn’t see the problem, the video and pictures both explained what the issue was. I’ve been back and forward ms for over 2 weeks with them and the best they said they can do it offer me £7 back!! I’ve asked for a return address as it’s faulty and they are just dismissing it. Avoid this company at all costs!! I wish I had researched them before ordering it seems like I’m not the only one person this has happened to.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service
Terrible quality ! I wish I had done better research! I bought a frame for children’s artwork - reviews on their website must be false as I didn’t get a great one! Firstly my order came up to £25 pounds free shipping - when I paid I was charged £30 - I couldn’t understand why as I double checked invoice and it was def £25 - then I told them and they refunded me. I thought this was a UK based company as that’s what they made it out to be. My order took about 2.5 weeks to arrive and I was skeptic already after being overcharged so I emailed them to find out as I didn’t even have an email saying it had been shipped. They told me not to worry it would get sent soon from their agent - that’s when I realised it was either drip shipment or from China. The frame arrived and the “glass “ part of the frame was cheap low grade plastic! Not even a sturdy plastic ( I expected glass and it didn’t say it was glass but didn’t say it wasn’t) the plastic was scratched! The frame wooden frame was not a lined correctly and the elastic inside to hold the artwork was skew! So bad! I emailed them and send photos and they said can we offer you £5 - I refused and said I wanted a full refund and went to check online at their return policy! I should have checked that before buying from them as they have made it difficult to return! They emailed me back and said we have done everything to help you and I said you haven’t send me your address. As you can imagine the address is China must be sent back at your expense and they have a list of conditions ( photo of address and packaging ) and if the item comes back to them damaged then they won’t refund you! The end of the email they say oh if it’s soo expensive for you to return then please consider our £5! Biggest waste of money and scam! I am so mad with myself for falling for this!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - FALSE ADVERTISING HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0!! This product is rubbish, doesn't even dry my daughters very fine hair. The curler doesn't work either. Contacted them and they refuse to refund as they sent the "right item" going through PayPal now. The website states dispatched from UK but it was sent from China and they are telling me I have to pay to send it back using a tracked service to china for them to test and see if I can be refunded.... very much feel they would say it was fine and I'd have to pay to get it sent back to me. When I questioned why China when its dispatched from the UK and they said "it was out of stock" in the UK.... still doesn't explain why I can't return to the UK!!

Avoid this company. They should not be allowed to operate in the UK and require an option for zero stars rather than one. I will be reporting them to trading standards. The product took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, the quality of the product I purchased was appauling. It was a picture frame which cost £25 but was made of cheap paper covered wood with a plastic screen rather than a glass one. The plastic case was damaged and had a slit up it rendering the frame unusable. I contacted their customer service who proceeded to try and haggle with me over a refund over a number of days. They have no regard for UK citizens legal consumer rights. They were given photographic evidence of the damage and they suggested: a. A £5 refund, b. A half refund, then c. A full refund only if the damaged item was sent back to china to their warehouse first, recorded delivery with a tracking number, which they then highlighted may be very expensive for me. A company like this is exploiting the online purchase method to make a fortune out of UK residents. It shouldn't be allowed. Reading the reviews below, it seems this is a common experience with them, which begs the question of how much money they have scammed out of us overall.

Avoid at all costs
Sadly I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing from Streamliney. I attempted to cancel my order 5 minutes after completing as realised I’d ordered the wrong size frame. I too had numerous emails where they refused to cancel. My product arrived, as expected it’s wrong, and now they aren’t replying to my emails. Absolutely awful company who are exploiting the UK public.

If I could give no stars it would be…
If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate. Received a hair styler in a damaged box. The outer packaging was not damaged which tells me the product was damaged before it was packaged. Took the main styler out of plastic bag and the wiring cover dropped off - it was impossible to reconnect it. The product is rubbish. I contacted the company who were polite and agreed to look into it. I told them I didn’t want it as it is dangerous. They told me to reconnect the wiring cover and that it would be ok. They then offered me £5 compensation! I told them I wanted a full refund as the product is unusable and dangerous. They then offered to send me another one but I said that I had since looked at Trust Pilot and seen others had received faulty stylers so I did not want another one. Today I received a message to say that they were sorry that they couldn’t help me. This company is selling dangerous electrical products and should not be allowed to offer them to the UK market.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Firstly they are not UK based, everything comes from America and takes ages, over a month to arrive. Secondly wuality is shocking, frame was poorly made out of cheap products. Lastly they use Evri for delivery so whilst we were on holiday (as I said it took over a month to arrive) they threw it over our full height gate where it sat for a couple of weeks in the rain, so despite me telling them I was not now at home they wont refund, tge product is damaged and water destroyed, they refer me to Evri who refer me to another ‘company’ but no contact details so I am out of pocket with no useable product. Cannot speak to anyone. Beware you are not getting what you pay for.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 5 in 1 hair styler ordered. 1.An additional sum of money was added to my order. According to the company, this was an error and a refun has been issued. I am still to receive this. 2. The product is cheap plastic. 2 of the interchangable heads broke on first use. Photo and video evidence was sent to the company. The company responded with the confirmation that i had received the correct item, no acknowledgement was made regarding the fact that 2 of the components broke on first use. 3. I am expected to pay the shipping fee to return the item before a full refund can be issued.

DO NOT USE - I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED TRUST PILOT BEFORE ORDERING AND NOT ORDERED!
Poor quality picture frame not worth the £21.99 and it arrived damaged. I ordered without checking trust pilot and I wish I hadn’t! Emailed to cancel my order less than an hour after ordering (because I saw negative reviews on here) which per their cancellation policy is allowed within 12 hours, but it was ignored and order was shipped. I was also overcharged for my order and looking at the reviews I can see I am not the only one. Customer service claimed it was a system error but given it has happened several times I wonder how many other people haven’t noticed and the company has pocketed more money than they should have. Then I received a poor quality ‘wood’ frame and shoddy broken plastic front. Cue several days of emails back and forth from customer services, refusing me a full refund unless I spent a fortune on shipping to return the damaged product, insisting on sending a replacement product instead which I do not want as I expect it will be as poor quality as the last. After days of emails they offered me £3 compensation, just 14% of the overpriced product that I wanted to cancel in the first place. This company has no respect for UK consumer rights and is scamming us for money for cheap poor quality products. I should have checked trust pilot first!!!
