Bought and read the books. Good info. Ordered recommended 21 Day Detox Kit; waited and waited. Got one excuse after another as to why my order was not shipped/rec'd even though I had paid close to $400 CAD for it. After a couple of months I just requested my money to be refunded. which it was minus the International Transfer fees. Then all the recommendations for one supplement and/or vitamin after another. Finally I decided to seek out a Canadian site which I found. Keto Canada Eh! I got what I needed from Canadian suppliers for less than it would have cost from the USA. The info in the Keto Zone Diet books have helped but not delivering the 21 Day Detox Kit in a timely manner didn't impress me at all. Had I rec'd the Kit (s) in a timely manner my wife and I would have no doubt stayed with the program Dr. Colbert's site and Divine supplies/supplements. But that didn't happen. So we are left to do our best to follow the Keto Diet in Canada and get whatever supplies are available here. The key to the diet is low Carb/no Sugars, some Protein and a lot of healthy Fat. Along with Fasting and some exercise. Don't need a bucket full of pills and capsules. Just eat in moderation and eliminate the bad foods.

You have good products but very bad…
You have good products but very bad customer Service,it takes 3 months to send my keto diet products making it difficult to follow the prescription of the keto diet, i have to switch to a different product of different vendor i am very disappointed,Gifty.

Change is not always good
I dislike that I can no longer look at my purchase history and that I have to enter my info every time. I asked on fb if the collagen cream comes in travel packets like other companies like longevity, still no response after two weeks.

All the products with stevia that I…
All the products with stevia that I bought I could not use. They are too sweet. Natural sugar does not affect me, but from my experience I've now learned that stevia does. But in general, I've never throughout my life used a lot of sugar, and never before used stevia so it might be that my system is not accustomed to it.

The ordering part has not been the greatest. I ordered the product over a week ago, still have not received it, have no updates on it, no tracking number of any kind to see where it is at, and did not get the 10% off when I ordered it with the promo code I used. I paid for three day shipping and it has now been 6 days not including The Weekends. I have read some of his books and LOVE the podcasts. He has so much information and wants to help people be healthy without all the drugs that mask it. I am following his gut protocol right now and seeing success with it. This issue with this product I ordered getting to me is the annoying part but hopefully it makes it to me! I am taking the collagen and it works great for me!

The order took longer to arrive than I…
The order took longer to arrive than I thought it would. When I called to inquire I was told 1 item was on backorder. That was fine. When I got the order I noticed 1 package of 3 Biotics Ultra Blend was missing. I had ordered two . The UPS fee was really high. I wasn't expecting this. Now I will have to pay more for the missed item.

Have had no contact regarding my order…
Have had no contact regarding my order since ordering. Chose expedited delivery and still haven’t even gotten an acknowledge that the order is being processed. Oh, I did receive a note suggesting that I check out other products which depends on the handling of my current order. Even a note saying fulfillment and shipment takes x amount of time.

Great Products, Not great Communication
I like the products, but I was disappointed in not having more communication or tracking, as the package came later than I though it would. Also, I received a book in a box and it was only 1 of the 3 books I ordered, with no explanation of any kind as to why I didn't receive the other books in the same box. However, thankfully, I received the other books in a separate package a few days later.

They have great quality products
They have great quality products. The recent 25% off site wide code said it was applied but didn’t show the discount. Other shipping options could be helpful. $12 seems high for 1 item so overall I did not save any money. I will order from amazon next time and get free shipping.
