The MTC Powder that I received this…
The MTC Powder that I received this month does not taste the same. I called and was told the you were havusing to source some of the ingredients form a different supplier. I don’t like the current MTC oil it does NOT cream the Coffee like before . When speaking with the customer service person on June 16 they were going to send me a return label to get a refund for the product, today is June 27th I have not receive anything. I have been using the MTC Oil coconut flavor since 2018. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the product change will have to start using someone else.

This rating is only because I have been ordering vanilla Mct oil powder for the last couple of years. I love it in my morning coffee😊. But the last few (3 or4), taste like the unflavored. I was hoping I just got an unflavored batch. But no guarantee.

Dr Colbert and Staff
Dr. Colbert is an AWESOME individual and his research has been very very important to the well being of my life. I have bought most of his books. This low rating is because the MCT French Vanilla has been changed. I do not like the taste as the previous jar and the spoon is too big for the jar. I truly enjoyed the taste of the previous MCT French Vanilla - I just wish you had not changed the taste. Dr. Colbert is still and always will be an awesome man of God and an awesome doctor.

You need to have a better communication…
You need to have a better communication with your customers. We should not have to email to find out that our order has been back ordered. It would create a lot less frustration to have more order information.

Dissatisfied once, usually pleased
I generally have been pleased with customer service over the past 2 years. However, with my last order one of my items was on back order. I did not receive a notification and called to check on my order when it did not arrive after 2 weeks. Customer service was very helpful and resolved the problem at that point. I would have appreciated an email so that I could have addressed this and not run out of my products.

I’ve been using Dr. Colberts Hydrolyzed Collagen for about a year and a half. I decided to try the one with probiotics. This product doesn’t mix well and has an awful taste. So no more for me. Also I had been purchasing his products (and books) on Amazon but decided to order direct. My only choice was a two to three day shipping fee which cost about $11. Crazy! The product came 5 days later, so back to Amazon for me. And Dr. Colbert, you’re awesome! But the new Collagen is a no go for me!

I’m just not happy with the way your orders for me are always out of what I need or I get a partial order! I paid 185.00 for products and there was 30.00 that I didn’t get in products! Did not blend well at all.. taste was only so-so, and I noticed NO difference whatsoever in my health or appearance (lines in face). Did not help in weight loss either. Really feel this is a scam.. along with bone broth hype. I have been drinking bone broth for more than 3 years... no benefit noticed.

Patiently waiting
Patiently waiting, but disappointed. I paid almost $12 for priority delivery (2-4 days). After 3 weeks and no products ($130 order) I was told one of the 3 items was on backorder. I asked for the 2 items available to be released and received the partial order within a week. 1 month after paying for priority delivery. I was told the 3rd item would be available in 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. No contact, no follow-up, nothing. I'll reach out again today. I paid for priority delivery and got partial snail mail. Not a good feeling for a customer. Two months trying to get an order filled!

The delivery process takes way too…
The delivery process takes way too long, It’s a minimum of two weeks maybe closer to 3 since I ordered. The ladies I spoke with gave conflicting reports about availability of products and are difficult to communicate with about the effects and benefits of the products.
