I was sent the wrong product
I was sent the wrong product. I left 2 messages on 2 different days to report the mistake. My call was not returned. I called a 3rd time & someone who takes orders helped with the problem. She said she would have the correct items shipped out & I would receive an email with a return label. That was yesterday. As of now, I have not received the email with the return label. Still Waiting on Product...Disappointed With Service
My husband says he could do a commercial for their fiber product. He's a consistent purchaser. This time around the product has been significantly delayed due to back order. It took a few initiated phone calls from us, to gather this information. We were quite disappointed in the lack of customer care received. It's been almost a month and we're still waiting on our "4 day delivery". We appreciate the shipping fee reimbursement. Still waiting on product though. Update: we received what felt like an automated customer service response. Again, told (this via email), that the product is due to ship out on Monday. Since I’ve been told this a few weeks now (that it would ship out on Monday), it would be nice to be compensated with a future purchase incentive. It may help with my confidence level in ordering future product. Thank you

Sales are deceptive
Sales are deceptive. Look like entire stock on sale but so many are excluded. Pay for shipping but always are delivered weeks later.

I ordered on April 14th
I ordered on April 14th, on April 28th I received a notice from the post office that they couldn't deliver the package because $4.43 in postage was due. I called and spoke with Dorothy who said Robert would call the post office to see what the problem was and call me back. That never happened. I did go to the post office and pay the $4.43 to pick up my product so the post office didn't send it back. I had already paid shipping when I ordered. Not sure what the problem was but the lack of response from Customer service makes me question if I will order anything again.

Received Expired Products
I placed an order and part of the order had expired product over a yr. . I contacted them and only got an email that they will send out replacement when they got more in. That was 3/8/23. Then I called again, around 3/20/23 and I believe Robbie was going to contact me in 30 mins. I’m still waiting 3/25/23. I called back 30 mins.later since he never called and now they are not going to be carrying that product anymore but will check the doctor’s office to see if they had any. Will call me back or refund me. 3/25/23, I’m still waiting. I really like Dr. C and his products but who ever is doing this customer service should be ashamed of themselves considering what Dr. Colbert stands for. I’m disgusted and will pray for them to have better responsible people. I’m still expecting the product or refund.

How to run a call canter
Called your Florida number,pressed 1 to place order. Waited on hold through 2 cycles about mct oil. Finally had live person. I could hear her fine she could not hear me. Hungup up repeated.Finally got to place order on 3rd call Lady was helpful. You need to hire someone who can run your call center properly. Who knows how much potential revenue you lose because of this. There is a way you can see how long a person waits on hold before they hang up. Those are abandoned calls.. They are lost revenue. From when I went to print my order…
From when I went to print my order information to getting back to placing the order, there were 4 additional items on my order. I wanted two items and couldn’t make that correction so I let it go as much me item even though the delivery was expensive.

I am a regular customer that is usually satisfied; however, the service for the order before this last one was unacceptable. . The order took way too long to arrive. I left phone messages but the calls were never returned. This last order I received the red supreme powder but the container was less than half full. I dont feel like I got my money's worth. Otherwise, I`m basically satisfied. Thanks for accepting my comments and have a blessed day!
