Sarcarstic Shopping Experience
I bought shoes in mid-May and they were sent out on 16 May by UPS. The shoes did arrive somewhere in Hong Kong by 27 May BUT no UPS delivery was made to me at all nor any phone calls to ring me up to collect the shoes. Ridiculously, the shoes were "secretly" sent back to US on 30 May according to the UPS tracking record. The shoes were returned to Shoolu on 5 June. To-date is 12 June, Shoolu has not responded to me so far despite a couple of emails being sent out to them. This is my first shopping with Shoolu.com. I have spent nearly a month in follow-up the delivery of my shoes. It is really sarcarstic, frustrated and tiresome!!!

I was so impressed with the speed of delivery and the price! Due to being disappointed with other online vendors... I really thought that something would be weird with the product. When I opened the package and saw the boots, I broke into a happy dance!! They were even better than I expected! I will definitely order from Shoolu again.
