Great communication and shipping process with a great product
They communicated well. I got notice of a quicker ship time almost as soon as they acknowledged my order. I got multiple updates on the delivery date and it showed up exactly as I'd been informed. The product was protectively packaged with care including plastic mold inserts inside the boots and important guidelines were given within if it became necessay to return the package. That being said I love the products workmanship and authentication literature as to it's waterproof leather in even salt water!

Shoolu made my shopping experience GREAT! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. One of them fit perfectly. The 2nd pair didn't. I sent them back, another followed back to me, and alas, they too didn't fit.
