No Return Policy
I dislike the chairs I purchased online. They are very uncomfortable, despite all the online reviews stating they were comfortable. I didn't realize there is no return policy, so now I am stuck with them. Lesson learned. I won't be purchasing from Raymour & Flanigan again.

This order was canceled because the company was asking for unnecessary personal info. I would never provide such info to anyone and find it disturbing that it was being requested. I canceled within a couple of hours and now I have to wait another 5-7 days for the credit to be applied. We are prior customers which makes this even more upsetting. We will not be purchasing from R&F again.

I spent over $12,000 and every piece of furniture has faling apart in less than 3 years. When i complained they said there is nothing they can do . I bought the Platinum plan and didn’t realize it was only for my bedroom set but my dining room chairs are sunken in and even if I had the plan for them , it wouldn’t be covered. I purchased couches less than 2 years ago and the fabric started to separate a year later . I didn’t buy the plan but who would have thought the fabric would separate so quick. I’m just so disappointed in the quality of the furniture. It wasn’t cheap so I thought it would have more lifetime. I would never ever buy from Raymour and Flanigan again , nor will I recommend them . They are horrible

Raymour and flanigan is horrible the warranty is a scam I purchased a recliner with a 5 year warranty the chair broke after two years, They delivered another chair I had to pay for delivery and the warranty doesn't extend to the new chair horrible policy such a fake rip off . Maybe the construction quality of the chair is no good and they know it. Moving forward I'm going to advise anyone and everyone I know not to purchase anything from that business.

Raymour and Flanigan does not operate in good faith
Raymour and Flanigan delivered a bedroom set to which the bed was damaged. I was told they will reorder the bed by a representative on the drivers phone. When Raymour and Flanigan deliverymen removed the damage bed I should have had them remove all items from my home if I knew they would operate in poor faith. I was aware of the restocking fee. However, they brought to my home a damaged bed, which should have voided the restock fee because of their inept staff members who did not replace the order for the new bed or even a phone call to apologize for their error, but no it was me constantly on the phone calling. 3 to 4 weeks pass and no call from Raymour and Flanigan about the status of the bed. Once in touch with the salesmen he said he will reorder the bed, he did not. Another 2 months has passed nothing, so I requested them to remove the chest and the nightstand. After getting the card I used to intervene. 02/21/2024 was the purchase date it is now 05/21/2024 and this issue is still unresolved 3 months later. I too was a customer of Raymour and Flanigan but with their attempt to swindle a restocking fee due to their negligence is preposterous. The card company is still in dispute with this company. Buyer Beware!

Horrible
Horrible, received wrong pick up date per internet. We took my sons bed apart thinking it would be ready when it said it was. Turns out it won’t be ready for a few days. Manager came up with a bunch of excuses saying that we were wrong when we had proof. Don’t know if it was just that store but there are no excuses.

They tried to deceive me!
They ordered me a painting that when delivered to the store for pick up it was the wrong color. So they replaced the painting with the floor model and tried to pass it off to me as the new one. After I called them out on it, they admitted it. They deceived me - I will never shop there again!

Broken chair... waiting since March
Had a recliner delivered and they didn't remove a strap from the bottom. The chair was leaning to one side and when we flipped the chair over, I noticed the strap still attached. I called to report the problem. They said they would have someone come out and look at it. They didn't come out to see but asked me to send a picture. I did and they said" the technician knows exactly what the issue is from the photo and we have ordered the part" That was March......I have not received one call from Raymour and Flanigan directly. All inquires on the status of the part and repair have been initiated by me. By the way, the part is still in "transit". I want this broken chair out of my house!!! I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I placed an online order
I placed an online order. The email confirmation had no order number in it. My furniture never arrived. I tried to go online to check the status, but an order number was required. I tried to call the customer service number and couldn’t reach a human. The IVR just looped me around to leave a message and no one called me back. This make me not want to purchase from Raymour & Flanigan.

Purchased a recliner exactly 2 years…
Purchased a recliner exactly 2 years ago for $670. Already tearing in 2 spots where you sit. Called the store and asked to have a manager call me, no response. Crap furniture. Don't waste your money. So they responded as you see at the bottom of my complaint. They asked for photos, said they would see what they could do.

Confirm Pick Up Location Before Ordering!
I placed an order online and was provided a pick up location via email. When I arrived to the location, the associate told me that I needed to go elsewhere as they no longer offer pick up options. The other location was an hour away and not reasonable for me.

DO NOT purchase the protection plan or…
DO NOT purchase the protection plan or anything from this place. They won’t replace anything that is listed in the platinum coverage. They find holes in the contract and then find reasons why furniture isn’t covered. They will then accuse you of being the problem for the tear, rip, etc and insult you. Warrenty Manager called me a liar-I thought candid camera was going to come out and tell me this was a joke after the insult and defamatory comments. It’s a huge scam. I’d rather buy from anyone other than this company. Also, when you buy a furniture piece with fabric, it comes wrapped and BAM when the plastic comes off, it smells horribly like mothballs. Had my chair for years (technically covered under 5 year protection plan still) and I’m still trying to get rid of the smell. So, after spending thousands on the Duchess living room set, I have a ripped, stained chair that smells horrendous. No one sits on it because of the smell and the rips in fabric. BTW, Odors aren’t included in the platinum contract, so again, buyer beware! R &F care about getting your money not about your satisfaction!!!! Sales people will sell you anything like “we have the best protection plan you never have to worry”…..and be your best friend. After delivery, the sales people pretend like they didn’t know the platinum coverage issues they told you were covered like rips tears, etc. The sales peeps aren’t nice to you, they are nice to your money. I hope this educates you more on the details no one tells you about.

King size bed purchased two years ago…
King size bed purchased two years ago has completely fallen apart. I did not buy extended warranty so I am stuck (and still paying). I am definitely not thin but I am less than 240lb == the bed should not have completely collapsed within two years of purchase. Zero stars.

I purchased a ryker chair and was told…
I purchased a ryker chair and was told I can pick up next day just to find out that the warehouse was closed. I then went on Friday to pick up my merchandise and received it out of the box. It was not my choice. If I was receiving out of the box merchandise I should have been told that in the store. I am not sure if it is a floor sample, if people sat on it or if it was used and returned. It should be my choice if I wanted an out of the box purchase. I then called the store and I was told that should have been discussed in the store and it wasn't with the sales rep. He and I never had that discussion. I was direct when I said I needed the chair for Saturday being mislead was not a part of my plan and I am very disappointed with Raymour & Flanigan again!!!!

Unavailable for pickup?!!!
So ordering online was easy. The issue I have is that I was informed the furniture would be ready for pickup on a Wednesday. Guess what? I received a phone call on the Wednesday I'm supposed to pick up and was told my furniture is not available for pickup because the pickup up place is closed on Wednesdays. You mean to tell me, no one has a key to open up the door of where the furniture is kept? I'm annoyed because my husband and I cleared our schedules to pick up our furniture and now we can't.
