Just got done with my initial ride…
Just got done with my initial ride after install.... This product was bothshipped and arrived ahead of schedule.... It performed as expected and seemed accurate as compared to other meters I've used.... If I had to offer one suggestion it would be to offer a color option... I have a grey/silver crankset, but this is only offered in Black.... Not a deal breaker for me at all and the customer service and product performance more than makes up for this one small issue! Very satisfied!

I've made several orders now for track…
I've made several orders now for track and road power meters from Power Meter City and every time the customer service has been outstanding. Even when faced with manufacturer supply chain delays (not their fault obviously) they offered me several options and were in constant contact with updates and expected timelines. I can't recommend them enough!

So far so good
So far so good. Power crank arm arrived promptly. It registered and calibrated without issue. I've ridden with it three times and the data looks good and consistent with no data dropouts, unlike my previous power meter. Now I just have to see if it continues to function well and to see what the battery life is like.

Power Meter City had the best web page…
Power Meter City had the best web page for finding the correct power meter for my bike. The customer service rep called to make sure I was getting the proper size meters (I had one for my bike and one for my wife's.)
