Horrible. Lack of basic business understanding
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences ever and I haven’t returned since. First, my order was cancelled because their inventory was off. Ok, fine. They said could place a replacement order for anything in my size - awesome! Except that the inventory isn’t correct, and the item was the only thing available in my size. Does that mean they received more? Of course not! Their inventory is basically made up and they had no way to verify what they had, or when more would actually be available. Seems like day 1 kind of stuff for any online retailer, but especially for one that only exists in a digital and e-commerce space. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

2 months and nothing.
It will be exactly 2 months tomorrow since I ordered and all ive gotten is a confirmation email! No response from support team aswell, doubt i will ever get my order. RIP $50. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

Website glitch messed up my address. Now, the company has to have my order shipped to them before they can remedy this. Not my screw up, not my problem. I paid for shipping to be done in 3 to 5 days; not when plugyourholes gets around to fixing the screw up their website did. Customer service tells me that I don't understand. They were good with answering my messages until I asked for a refund. Now, nothing, they won't even acknowledge me. Order elsewhere, if they don't care about customers, they're not going to care about the quality of the jewelery.

This has been the worst company and customer service I've ever had they say there a 4 to 6 week wait time ...hahah thats a joke its been 2 months and still NO PLUGES after 15 different emails, calls and texts I get we are really sorry its taking so long we will send you $15 gift card and upgrade your shipping to 2 day... haha but my whole order isn't finished so they are shipping half my order thats been ready for a month now and the rest some time in the future i guess??? This place SUCKS... IDK HOW THEY HAVE STAYED IN AROUND FOR 13 YEARS IF THEY CANT GET Stuff SENT OUT AND MAKE THERE CUSTOMERS HAPPY nope

Horrible company that will never FULFILL your order...order the EXACT same thing from a DIFFERENT company any received my CUSTOM pieces in a MONTH...9 weeks after order from PLUG YOUR HOLES and nothing DONE!!! I had to request a REFUND!!! GET it TOGETHER!!!

Thanks for the feedback! Normally All image and engraved orders can take up to Two(2) - Six(6) weeks to create. This 2-6 (two to six) week window does NOT include your shipping time frame. But because of our large influx of orders, and be short staffed due to a small covid outbreak, we're 1-4 weeks behind. Our production team are working tirelessly to get us caught up on orders. Youll never get your order.
In regards to their custom plugs and tunnels. Don't waste your time. You'll never get them. Waited nearly a month and they hadnt even started on them yet. They told me they have ONE lady that works on 100 to 200 custom orders at a time. For one, i don't believe that. For two, if true thats over working someone while also screwing your customers. I think if they are that backed up, custom orders shouldnt even be an option. There are several other places that will make your custom order much faster. They also dont seem to value their customers what so ever.

Broke Almost Immediately
They arrived on time and looked beautiful. Unfortunately the loop holding the dangly jewelry broke off one of the tunnels within 2 days. It looks to have been a poor soldering job.

I ordered new plugs for overnight…
I ordered new plugs for overnight shipping last Thursday and it is now Wednesday and I still have not received them. I reached out to the company to ask them to lower the price of everything to standard shipping because I paid $81 for overnight and it simply was not overnight... At this point is is just regular shipping. They told me that they can't control the shipping which is so odd to me. When there are delays with any other company, I am typically told these things. I look online today and it came all the way to my town and was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and they have for some reason returned the plugs. I am so fed up with this trash place. I read terrible reviews before but kept giving them a chance and I guess that was my mistake. Shop elsewhere and don't waste your time with these people.

Frustrating company.
I haven't received them yet so I can't speak about the quality but the proficiency and customer service is absolutely horrible. First of all, there is an option for custom orders that states "get my plugs or quicker and change the color if you need." This option is a JOKE. I was sitting at 10 weeks waiting with no end in sight. Secondly, no matter what you email them, they just respond with a copy/paste message about it taking 2-6 weeks and them being 2-3 weeks behind. Which, again, I was already at the 10 week mark which surpassed what their copy/paste email says. Thirdly, three separate times I was told they upgraded my shipping from standard to 2-day shipping because of the inconvenience and now my earrings FINALLY shipped and it's still standard. Which, yes, that is what I paid for, but don't tell customers you're upgrading it if you're not. And, like I said, I was told this THREE separate times. One redeeming quality is I was given a $15 gift card for my troubles, but if shipping is like this I'm not even sure I'd want to use it. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this company, and unless these earrings are the absolute best earrings I've ever had, I wouldn't order from them again.
