Sales, Shane was helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the Sire V10 Marcus Miller T S with Gold tuners and knows , fast shipping, I was playing out that weekend and really wanted to play my new bass, however to my surprise when opening it was the wrong bass guitar, Customer service Ariel sent me a return label, 5 days passed,and I was told it still was NOT inspected and it would probably be the next day to look at it, plus days to ship it out to me. So,, I canceled my order.

They provide a fantastic customer service. In my case they facilitated the replacement of an Ibanez bass that developed a cracked neck months after I purchased the it. They were my liaison to Ibanez; I never had to engage Ibanez other than to ship the original bass to them. I can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Is it great upgrade my guitar very easy to install. I do have a Jazzmaster remastered into a rock and roll machine. Put high powered humbuckers made by a Tim Shaw at the neck humbucker number 1neck in the bridge.2 Now hold on I still got it soldered all the harness that you sent me can't wait hear that sweet fender Jazzmaster player.
