Exorbitant prices for the quality.
I have never heard of this company but they sent me their catalogue. Despite the pretty settings of the photographs, one can see that the quality of the clothes is poor, and the prices (£275 for a pair of cotton cropped trousers!) exorbitant. Get real, Peruvian Connection!

Nice dress horrible delivery schedule
I love the cotton dresses with pockets I've gotten in the past (2021-22), but the delay is significant with this company. I ordered a dress on March 27th. At the time it said "Ships in 2-3 weeks." At the 2 week point I checked and it was backordered, without any idea of delivery date. On April 20th I received an email saying it was backordered and expected to ship on July 3. I understand that this can happen, but it seems to happen a lot with this company, so likely will not order again. They do wait to charge your card until it ships but still, more than 3 months is a very long time to wait for something supposed to ship in 3 weeks.

I returned goods nearly a month ago
I returned goods nearly a month ago. Despite calls and emails I have received no refund. They have moved their warehouse to US apparently, just days after my return , I am told all retuned goods will be sent there before they can refund. They are obviously in a complete mess. Disgusting service especially given their prices. I will never order from them agaqin

Shocking recent service from Peruvian…
Shocking recent service from Peruvian Connection. Beware! I returned an item for refund 3 weeks ago & still haven’t received my refund. Apparently their UK warehouse has recently closed & despite not being informed of this through their ordering process excessive delays are now evident as apparently all returned goods are being shipped to their US warehouse! Emails are only responded to in a generic manner & I am no further forward finding out where my returned goods are despite returning them special delivery /or how long a refund will take! You do not expect this appalling service considering the costs for clothing sold. I will never purchase from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
As per previous reviews, an absolute disgrace as far as refunds go. I've been told moved to USA and all refunds have to be processed there. They will escalate problem to them who should respond. Rang beginning of the week today is Friday and haven't heard from them since Monday. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EXPENSIVE CLOTHES

No refund after a month
As per the previous purchaser I have now been waiting a month for a refund with little response from customer service other than the information about items being sent to the US. I returned the item before this information was put on their site, paid for next day delivery and insurance - they haven’t even confirmed they received the item. Unless you are certain you will want to keep the item I would not buy from this company.

Get your money back from this Company!
Like many others on the site I have been caught up in the total chaos this company has bought on itself by changing it's distribution centre before notifying the customers. I have emailed both the UK and the US customer service teams and get very degrading replies - you have to wait, it's not our fault - its BS! The worst issue for me is that there is no safe mechanism for returning our money - I was told 'someone from the US will ring me to get my credit card details to give me the refund'. Once the new returns system is up and running payments and refunds are handled by a proper system - so I am very unhappy about being rung by someone I don't know and being asked for my credit card details and I don't think my CC company would be either. I have now been told my returned goods are still in the UK so there is no chance of a refund in the immediate future. SO I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and asked them to refund my money, which I am pretty confident I will get. You need to have kept your return receipts and any correspondence with the company. I am sure many of you paid by Credit card - ask your CC provider to refund you and the message will get through to PC.

Don’t order anything from this company
Don’t order anything from this company. They think good service is insincerely “wishing you a good rest of your week” while giving an appalling customer experience. They completely ignore any questions in emails and churn out the same “ we thank you for your patience” They give the impression they are UK based, (address - dot co.uk website) but that would appear (July23) to now only a returns address. Any returns are held there before being batched together and shipped to Kansas, where somebody might eventually decide to issue a refund, or not. Now you can only return items using a ‘returns portal’, which hasn’t been working for about a month. I’ve spent a lot of money with them over many years. Counts for nothing, so they’re not getting any more.

same problem as others are…
same problem as others are experiencing. Returned an item on 18th june , still no refund. They actually answered at customer service where a man said "of course you will get a refund, its your money, do not worry". That was 2 weeks ago. This company are crooks!!. Dont know how they can get away with this, they must have thousands in unpaid refunds!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid at all costs.
Sadly I have to add to list of complainants. I returned a dress 6 weeks ago and have chased twice - still nothing. Thankfully I used ‘Signed for’ to return it so they can’t argue that they have had it! I have threatened and will take it further on Monday and contact Trading Standards and have a useful media contact I will persue if I don’t get a response today. I will NEVER use them again despite their amazing clothes.

Refusal to refund
Peruvian Connection used to be my go to company for quality clothing and excellent customer service. Like many others, I am waiting for a refund which has not been processed. I have proof that the item was signed for on 26th June in the UK. Their response to my e mail was that it would be refunded when the goods reached the US. They should have stopped accepting orders from the UK as their business reorganisation should not be our problem. I will never order from them again. UPDATE - following an e mail of complaint, my refund finally appeared on 10th August. The transfer from the UK to the US appears to have gone horribly wrong. I see that the shop in Lindon has also closed now.

Peruvian Connections is a complete shambles
Agree with all the negative comments. I unwittingly ordered a dress during the changes to their distribution process, which they gave no notice off, I had no email acknowledging my order so put it through again thinking it hadn't been accepted. I now have a duplicate dress I don’t need and no way of returning the item as PC have not provided any alternative way of returning goods other than this mysterious Returns Portal which has never worked! The Link was up for one day but as it still didn’t work I phoned their useless Customer Services to be told it only worked on orders from Germany! The Link quickly disappeared and now there is just a note saying check back in 24hrs! This is completely unacceptable. How can you legally trade online with no way for customers to be able to return unwanted or faulty goods. I can’t even go to my CC company as I haven’t been able to return the dress to claim a refund. It makes you wonder if the company has run into financial difficulties but continues to trade without planning on any refunds at all. Despite the lovely clothes I will never use this Company again. There are plenty of retailers who produce fabulous clothing and who trade honestly and honourably…that’s where my business will be going from now on

I am so disappointed with Peruvian…
I am so disappointed with Peruvian Connection. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years with VIP status. I recently rang their order line to purchase a dress in their new Early Fall 2023 catalogue. Was told the dress wouldn’t be available for at least 4 weeks and that I would have to pay the shipping price ( even though it says free shipping until 27 August 2023). It took me 30 minutes to get an answer on the phone when I rang the UK number. What has happened to their customer services? Why is it so difficult to speak with someone? I’ve read the recent reviews on here and worry about placing an order now as so many people have complained they are still awaiting refunds for returned items! The London based shop provided excellent service and I got to know a few of the staff there. They were lovely. Always helpful and goods arrived following day. Refunds were available almost immediately upon them receiving your returns. Such a shame that they closed the London store. I wonder whether their founder Annie realises what’s going on? Maybe they no longer wish to trade with UK? Either way we loyal customers deserve better customer services than what’s on offer now!

This should be NO stars. All the reviews talk about waiting for a refund for goods returned in July, but I am still waiting for a refund for goods returned and signed for on 10th June. Still beautiful brochures arrive every day!

WARNING! if you return something you may not get a refund! In August last year, I posted a review saying I had been waiting for approximately 3 months for a refund - "despite their continual and pathetic promises to sort it out" as I said then, it took some weeks more to resolve.
