Criminals by any other name
These people might as well be criminals. They give you a quote based on the accurate information you give them over the phone (they ask purposefully vague and ambiguous questions) and then they find one small discrepancy in person to renege their offer. They then offer 10% of the initial offer knowing you don’t have storage recourse in a city. Completely dishonest business practice.

The pick up company you partner with…
The pick up company you partner with makes the experience terrible. I understand that are selling cars for junk but I could’ve taken my business anywhere else. 1. The driver was very rude and made the experience unpleasant. I will never recommend the business to anyone. 2. The driver left with my plates 3. The priced decreased once the car was on the truck. The driver called the junk yard for a new price and didn’t review with peddle. Beware of being scammed . Peddle uses a third party junk yard to complete the sale. If you do not like the price then you should request for your car to be removed and go somewhere else.

Worst customer experience
Worst customer experience. I accepted their offer 4 weeks ago and just got paid today. They further sold my car to an auction house who already had my car. They are “partner” companies that for some reason refused to talk to each other. Peddle cancelled my offer 3 times because they couldn’t confirm the auction house had my car. The auction house blamed peddle and vice versa. Peddle should have assigned a case worker to handle my offer but didn’t. I talked to numerous people and had to start my story from the beginning every time. The number of automated texts, emails and phone calls I received from Peddle and the auction house to arrange for the pickup of my car had to have reached a hundred. Their partner auction house had it from the very beginning that they couldn’t understand. I will never use Peddle again. Next time I’ll just donate the car to save the month long headache it caused dealing with them.

The customer service is horrible they…
The customer service (not the tow truck driver) is horrible they are all rude. When you call the customer service phone number. They are treat you like you owe them something or like you are not complying with them.

Sooooo many things went wrong with THIS COMPANY!!! U set up.a Super Early appt foe me ..7am to 11am...So I got up.Super Early and rearranged my schedule to meet with them. They sent me a.text at 6am confirming my appt..but They NEVER EVER CALLED OR CAME THRU!!!! NEVER CANCELLED OR SAID ANYTHING TO INFORM ME OF ANY CHANGED OR THAT THEY WERE GONNA BE A NO-SHOW! 😠😡THEN.ON TOP.OF EVERY OTHER UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DISPLAY IMAGINABLE...U HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME A THANK.U FOR DOING BUISNESS WITH U AND A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE OF $525😳?? Carefull when selling your car
The tow company they provide wanted to low ball the price .when there was nothing wrong with my car .and met all the recommended criteria peddle required .and they shorted me money .

I do not recommend Peddle
Schedules a pick up time of 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Pick up arrived at 6:00 PM Never received a phone call telling me they would be late. I would not recommend or use Peddle again.

Peddle to the incompetent
Their slogan should be sell with incompetence. I scheduled and received numerous emails and texts saying I had to be ready and be there only to wait 5 hours and no pickup and no call. I call and then get another service to pick up. And again we wait for them to waste time... This company has a great idea.. easy to use website but execution is horrible. Find a more competent company for your junk car. Update - 5-9 the same exact thing again happens today. This company is unbelievable.

Waited 12 hours for pickup. Truly Awful
The tow truck driver was supposed to arrive between 11-3pm. I got off work early to wait for the driver. By 3pm there was no driver and no communication. I called at 3pm and it was clear that they had just forgotten. I was told the only truck was 2 hours away, but they would be there between 5-8pm and that they would call when they are 30 mins out. Finally they call at 8pm and tell me they’re 30 mins out, so I drove out to the lot where my car was parked. After waiting for over an hour from when they were supposed to arrive, I called and left a message saying that I was leaving because they were an hour late and I hadn’t heard anything from them. Halfway home I get a call and they say he’s only 9 miles away, so I reluctantly agree to go back. I then waited for an additional 45 minutes, again with no communication, before they arrived. I wasted an entire day. No apology, no explanation.
