Unique and Beautiful Boots
Unique and comfortable fitting pair of handmade boots. I am normally a size 11.5 US, but since they do not not have half sizes, and they claim the boots fit large, I ordered an 11, as their website suggests. The fit is perfect and they are comfortable to walk in. I have gotten a huge amount of complements on these boots and they came with separate suede bags and a cleaning brush to help take care of them. I used a suede shoe spray to protect them and 1 month later they still look brand new. The only signs of wear are really in the heel. I have never seen a similar pair of boots to these and I would argue they are worth the money, also the website frequently has sales (I got 30% off). Great experience with ORO, definitely will be ordering again in the future when they have another good sale. It is worth noting that I had to pay duties and fees on top of the price of the boots, so even with the 30% discount they were still quite expensive in my opinion. Their prices are the only downside though, and again, wait for a sale and then it is worth!

I ordered a coat from Oro for 500.00
I ordered a coat from Oro for 500.00. I changed my mind, and immediately cancelled the order well within the 24 hour period they allow. By the time I heard back from the company, they had already shipped my item. I was told by customer service to return the item, which I did the next day, and was told that I would receive my refund within 21 days. It has now been 34 days and I have not received my refund. I have left messages on their instagram and their website. I have heard nothing from them. I have also called the phone number numerous times. No one ever answers the phone. I would like my money back!!

They’re selling products they don’t have
These people are selling products they don’t have in stock and carry outrageous back order time. I ordered something early December and still nothing. Opened a claim with PayPal after they emailed me a bogus tracking number that never activated. They also refuse to issue refunds so I am filing a chargeback with my bank. STAY AWAY

Ordered a pair of BEO jeans
Ordered a pair of BEO jeans, waiting several months on delivery, paid almost a 150 EUR in import taxes and courier handling fees - only to find out the jeans main button had fallen off? (which is outrageous in itself and means its poor quality). Now their support is asking me to pay for my own return label, so I can return the faulty jeans. The company is a joke, stay away.

Is this company going out of business? They shipped my order on time, but when I needed a return/exchange, no reply. I've reached out by phone, email, social media, and website inquiry. NO help and I'm stuck with a $$$ order that doesn't fit.

ive been ordering from them for the passed 5 years
Ive ordered things from them throughout the years. I have two sets of chelsea boots, jeans, shirts, flannels. I feel like i need to start off by saying they make very high quality clothes. BUT you have to deal with the company to do so. They will take your money even though something is out of stock and not email you at all over months until it finally comes in and they send it. No heads up that your purchase is back ordered or anything. Very odd thing to do when people are spending 100+ on a t-shirt. My most recent order with them they didnt tell me it was out of stock. Contacted them months late and said I would get it around January. Finally came in stock and they created a shipping label for it which automatically send you an email saying your package is being shipped. But they've been holding onto it for weeks now... Why create the label but not send it... Anyways, this is recurring for them. great products awful HR and management.

35 business days for refund on item that was never even in stock or shipped
***PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY THEY’RE TRUE***ITS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEW IS PROBABLY FAKE WRITTEN BY THE COMPANY I placed an order on the website for a shirt but did not hear or receive anything from them for a week. So I decide to send them an email asking for an update. 1. It takes them up to 3-4 business days just to reply to a simple email. 2. The support phone number does not even work. After I finally get a email reply a few days later I’m told that the shirt is actually out of stock (which is it listed on the website or product page) and that it won’t ship until a month later. I told them to cancel my order and to my surprise that told me that it would take 21-35 BUSINESS days to process. What kind of company takes almost 2 months to process a simple refund for item that is not even in stock or shipped out? Please listen to all the negative reviews on this company as we have all been through the same thing with this company.

Awful experience...
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a merchant. I ordered a pair of boots the first week of January receive my confirmation that my order was received and all. I requested & paid for expedited shipping. 3 days go by and I haven’t received any type of correspondence on shipping time or anything so I email & call the merchant. No response. Another week goes by and still I hear nothing . It wasn’t until I contacted Afterpay about the situation that ORO finally gave me any insight as to what was going on with my product. As of today I am waiting on my product to be refunded. Very unprofessional and troublesome.

Do not buy from them!!! Bought one pair , the shipped wrong size I returned and buy another pair because they said refund will take awhile . That was December 7th 2020 to this day I have not received my refund .

Bad quality, long delivery times
A delivery time of 3 months!!! + They declare their shoes to be of high quality, but after only one use, the product is badly damaged as if I had taken part in World War 1. I am desperate as I paid so much money for the shoes but can't seem to use them even for a walk. When they are cared for, the colour immediately comes off so that a brown tone stands out at the edges and the upper material immediately fades (despite appropriate care products).

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t list on their site of items are back ordered and wait until after to complete your purchase to tell you and then say it will be 2 months before your order ships. If you request a refund they tell you it will take 21-45 days and the chances of you ever getting it back are slim. The boots are super over priced for the quality. Oro customer service is the true definition of a oxymoron. Every issue has a pre made email response and if you get a real person to contact you (in my case Patrick) they act like their mistakes are your fault and will not do any to help you and if you ask for refunds expect for them to stop responding unless you relentlessly email them. Save your time and money. Honestly Wal-mart is a better choice than Oro.

i own boots and some clothing from ORO and must say im love with this brand. It take a longer than expected for my shirt to come. i spoke with nice lady on the phone and they said me that it was on it's way soon and pre order item. i was very happy when it came by because design so unique. Keep me warm through cold winter. cant wait for my next, but need to save more. so one of akind.

I love my pair
I see these bad reviews , you guys need to realize this is a new company there are going be kinks. I had a good experience , I ordered a pair. Last minute decided I wanted a different pair so I sent a email. Next day I had a response and they exchanged and shipped me the pair I wanted. I had my pair on my door step less then a week from the time I ordered. I am pleased with the quality , they’re nice boots. I will be buying more boots soon!

Waited 3 months for faulty products
Waited 3 months for shirts I've ordered to be shipped. Contact with Customer Support was limited. If I wouldn't be contacting them I wouldn't receive any updates. Turned out ORO is listing products on website they even don't have in stock. Shirts that arrived had more bleached colors than on photos. Sizing was completely different from the one on website (both shirts in size S had different lengths and widths between themselves and not accurate to the sizing listed on website). Collar was badly constructed and folds weirdly.

Favorite L.A. denim
