Well to begin with I believed I placed…
Well to begin with I believed I placed an order for a pair of boots successfully after hours of searching for the right pair. Only to learn in the next following day or so that for sum reason the purchase didn't go all the way through even after I received the confirmation email or whatever . I received a txt saying the money was removed from account and paid to discount safety gear but never have received the boots. Next thing I know I'm getting this email asking me to rate my experience..... My experience personally is it sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to supply any body for anything . The company this opinion of mine and I'm very disappointed as well

Needed my order but discountsafteygear…
Needed my order but discountsafteygear canceled it after I paid. They sent me email I would need to cancel order, because they would only ship one pair out of the 40 or so that I ordered, and still charge full shipping. This is after taking full payment for order. Then continue to email asking to rate the delivery of order they didn't have, and I never received.

Order didn’t show up
Order didn’t show up. It was ordered a month in advance of when I needed it. When I called to find out where my items were, they didn’t know. Said well it looks like it’s lost. they offered to reship them again, using the same terrible method that didn’t work previously. Refused to expedite the items to help me meet my deadline, even though i had ordered way in advance the first time. I was forced to settle for a refund, and source the items elsewhere. A little customer service would’ve gonna long way to earning a repeat customer.

Gloves where not to size well at least the fingers are huge like a extra inch long my fingers would need to be which would look nuts lol 😜 no refund since I got it on clearance nice way to sell defective products and force people to keep them

It did not fit the entire brim of my hard hat. Leaving a 3” gap do I threw it away. Also it was mailed in a box with $6.99 shipping cost when it could have easily been sent in an envelope with two stamps at most I was very disappointed
