FRAUD!
I ordered from this company on June 8th. I have recieved nothing! I've emailed them and got a response asking if I checked my mailbox. Of course I replied that I had! I've emailed them 3 more times and have gotten no response ! I just saw an add on fb and wrote this same comment and they immediately blocked me! Scam!!

Great!
Haven't had a bad experience with them yet. Customer service has been helpful when I needed them, once for a expired card and another time for a shipping cost that they reimbursed me with. Yes some undies feel a little thinner, im sure its the lighter more breathable fabrics. I've enjoyed the confidence boost they give me. But to each their own.

Absolutely don't order from this site
Absolutely don't order from this site, they are a complete scam. The panties smell like pure chemicals and of the 3 pairs, only 1 pair fit the way underwear should. Customer service responded immediately when I had a question before, but now that I'm trying to cancel my subscription, they seem to have disappeared. Despite what they may say, there is no way to cancel your subscription through the site. This site is a complete scam. AVOID. I don't know how people live with themselves profiting off of BS like this. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB. Update: I should have updated this ages ago. Since I received a notification that Knotty Knickers is trying to remove my review, this is a good time :) When the website did not let me cancel my subscription, and support would not cancel it themselves, I wrote a FB comment asking for it to be cancelled and they immediately blocked me. If you are wondering why you are only seeing positive comments on their social media, that's why.

Customer Service Nightmare
Only getting one star because 0 is not an option. This is the worst site! You cannot cancel once you sign up and customer service won't cancel it for you. The products are complete trash and sizing is so random. One pair out of 9 has been worth wearing and they were way too small. They tell you there is a way to cancel but there literally is not! I am going to file with my bank to stop payments to them and report the last charges as fraudulent since I have done everything I can to cancel with them to no avail. The price point may seem low on the surface but it is way too high in wasted time and disappointments.

Easily the worst subscription site I've ordered from. The quality is terrible, the sizes are inaccurate. It started to fall apart after one wash (even in a delicates laundry bag). The site itself makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to email them many times asking them to cancel it for me. Finally they added an option for me to cancel once I've complained enough. It's a cheap subscription site, but honestly spend your money elsewhere.

Impossible to cancel.
Should be a zero. I wanted to cancel and the "cancel" button doesn't work. I tried 30 times over various days. I emailed 10 times and they send instructions about how to cancel and then stopped replying. Now I am stopping payment with my credit card company as there is nothing left to do. There is no phone number for the company. Email is only thing you can do.

Poor quality, weird sizing, preference doesn't really matter, DO NOT ORDER!!!
I messaged a few minutes after placing my order, to at least have some cotton undies, and to stay away from neon colors. Unfortunately, I got a very bright pink and purple. Good thing I got a gray but way too big for a small, and they are all lace. Oh, and I used the pink one yesterday and it was ripped at the end of the day. I would like to cancel my subscription and I was having a hard time locating the cancel option. I sent them an email to cancel my subscription and this is what I get: "You must do so through your Knotty Knickers account." - really helpful tsk

Would not recommend! Buyer beware!
I saw their Facebook ads multiple times a day and read through the comments before deciding to buy. It's obvious now that they delete negative comments. I'm not one to complain about a company or give bad reviews. I understand that things happen and, if let known, the company will make it right. I have given them plenty of time to rectify this situation before leaving this review. I was so excited to get my cute new undies. I ordered 3 pairs because I needed them...bad. They finally arrived! But, they were sitting at the post office. I got a notice in my mailbox that an additional $2.40 was due for postage. Note - I had already paid for shipping when I placed my order. You can only email the company, no phone number, and they are slow to respond. They finally responded and advised me that this does happen sometimes and to email the receipt when I picked them up and they would refund that amount (which they did). Of course, I was annoyed but went and picked up my package. Strange, the lady at the post office knew about this company and how they ship their packages - forcing the customer to come in and pay extra for shipping. She seemed very irritated with them. Maybe she has dealt with them too or has seen other customers, like myself, coming to pick up their packages from this company??? Annoyance aside, the panties were so cute! I was anxious to get home and try them on. I ordered XL because I wear an XL. They state on their website, and in the comments of their ads, that they are true to size. If you wear an XL then order XL. Well, not one single pair fit. I looked like a busted can of biscuits in those things! One of the pairs I couldn't even get up over my thighs. They requested pictures of the panties laying flat against a tape measure, which I provided them. They kept asking for pictures. I sent them pictures a total of three times! I've asked for a refund at least 5 times. They refuse to refund me for my order. Instead, they've offered me a discount on my next order and have said multiple times "on your next order" and "we hope to serve you better on your future orders". They are not understanding that I WILL NOT BE ORDERING again! Canceling your subscription on their website is impossible. Luckily I used PayPal when I ordered so I was able cancel through them. Who is going to continue a subscription in which you have to go to the post office to pay extra shipping, email the company for a refund of the extra shipping and end up with a product you can't use??? Not me! Finally, if this wasn't bad enough, they've deleted my HONEST feedback from their posts and blocked me from leaving comments! So, if you've thought about purchasing from this company, I advise against it. They do not care about happy customers who have undies they love. They seem to only care that you make orders again and again. I was hopeful and excited and I am truly bummed. I was really excited to get my surprise undies each month. Bummer! I would have given them another chance if they had corrected this for me. By, let's say, replacing my order with undies in the next size up. I give them 1 star because you have to. I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience!

I read the Facebook comments and became excited that this was a good company. However, my order never came. After writing, it quickly came a few days after. The quality was very poor. The fit, no good. The bra had no structure and crunched up while wearing. Poor sizing. These items are clearly made for mannequins. It did not match their Facebook comments. I will not recommend buying.

I received a pair that didn't fit right at all, and spoke to customer service, and they said they were going to send me one to replace the ones that didn't fit from last month this month (still waiting on thay to arrive), so I commented on FB that I had a positive experience with Knotty. Then people began replying to my comment with negative words directed to Knotty. THESE COMMENTS WERE THEN ERASED! Super greasy! Be aware...

Terrible product and service.
My story is the same as others. Just joined in July. Took almost a month. Investigation. One pair had 5 holes, the other the design was crooked and the 3rd I could hardly get up my thighs. They offered me 1 free bonus pair with next order!? 3 wrong and they want me to give me a "bonus" pair. They asked for pictures which I sent right away and since then radio silence. Asked for measurements. I see there is no where to cancel. I asked once when ordering how to cancel and no answer. I will ask one more time to have a record of it then I am going to change my credit card as I am sure they will never tell me. What a pain this was. They sure have a good marketing team and being on facebook gave me confidence to try an online subscription. Never again. Back to the store for me! Buyer beware! And...I wish I could also give 0 stars. I knew it was to good to be true. They don't deserve to be in business. Thank goodness it was only $12. But, still. A waste of my money.

Very poor quality unfortunately
I'd add a picture if I could. The quality is so bad, I got maybe 3 wears/washes out of each pair I got before they would fall apart. The materials are cheap and the fit was usually a bit awkward. I gave them 3 months just to make sure it wasn't bad luck. It wasn't.

Instructions for Cancelling
Like others here, I saw all the positive comments on Facebook and placed an order. I didn’t receive anything at all for six weeks. I contacted them and let them know it was now a full two weeks past the last day of estimated shipping. Five days later, I received the order. The next day, I got a snarky email from them in response to my complaint, saying they checked with Canada Post and the delivery had been made. The quality is dollar-store-worthy. I have figured out how to cancel. Log in. Go to My Subscriptions and click on your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you’ll need to do this for each one. Scroll all the way down past the “knotty extras.” Select the tiny hyperlink Manage More Settings. That will take you to a menu where you indicate why you’re cancelling. Don’t forget to repeat for every subscription!

Started out as a great service with cute panties. Two months in a row now I get a notice in my post box that postage is due for my package for knotty knickers in the amount of $2.85. Weird since you pay for shipping correct? I emailed customer service and receive a snarky email about how it is not their problem how USPS handles and charges for packages. I need to send them a copy of my USPS postage receipt in order to possibly receive a refund for the money I paid. Look them up on BBB they have an F rating. The shipping scam is a common problem. There is a class action suit pending against them as well. Still have yet to receive my latest package. Not worth the time, money or hassle. Such a shame.
