I love my 'new' rug
I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. (I did know that it would fill more space than it was given in the photo, but that was fine.) Ordering this rug was easy and delivery was prompt. Thank you!

EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I can't say enough about the customer service from this company. Every step of the way, Can Gurel was extraordinarily responsive. My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

Absolute favorite source of rugs!
We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space. Beautiful rug and putting extra effort in customer relations
The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey. I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. I own an Interior Design business and will work with kilim.com in the future. Thank you!

We are happy with our purchase. The delivery was a bit detailed, but the communication was very transparant. So no problems! The colours on the rug were a bit less bright than on the picture, but it still looks beautiful in our home! Thank you, Kilim!

Our two newest rugs from Kilim Studio are beautiful! The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. Beautiful High Quality Rug
Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. i ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.
