Awful shipping
The shipping company that KK partners with is so unreliable. Our table was in stock and still took two months to be delivered. It wasn’t a white glove service either. I would have gladly paid for shipping for more reliability and a timely delivery.

Never received notification about the…
Never received notification about the delivery. On Friday I called to ask for an estimated delivery date and was told they had no information, that I’ll receive an estimated date when the item was shipped. Went ahead and bought something else thinking it might not arrive on time and ended up receiving the package later that day after having purchased another item (this was a Father’s Day gift)

The table I ordered although I…
The table I ordered although I understand they are each unique, was nothing like the one you pictured in your ad. I've wanted a very unique root table with roots sideways and I received one with 4 legs and one leg is super wide. The table was nothing like pictured. I would be willing to recurve another one if someone could hand pick one that looks closer to the one you picture in your ad.

The bed is beautiful, but took forever to be delivered
The bed is beautiful, but it took too long to be delivered. We ordered it in September 2022 and it was delivered in February 2023. Never would've ordered it if we had known it wasn't "in stock" and didn't have a typical 6-8 week timeframe for a "custom" bed. Again, happy with the product and the white glove delivery service, but we were on a mattress on our floor for months because we had no idea about how long it would take to deliver. Not ideal.

Ordering process was simple BUT
Ordering process was simple and they shipped within 20 day window but it was a white glove delivery and the last mile operator has had the item in their warehouse for almost 2 months and has not given me a delivery date. Shipping problems with table
We ordered a table and it became held at Seko freight for 2 weeks. Seko fright read me an email sent by Kathy Kuh that my order was on hold due to lack of payment but Kathy Kuh was paid weeks ago. It was difficult to get answers from Kathy Kuh.

Delivery Stinks
Bought a $1700 buffet. Delivery was scheduled two weeks in advance. Day before scheduled delivery date get a text saying essentially “will not be delivering tomorrow, but will instead deliver in two days between 7-11am”. Next day (original delivery date) get a text at 3pm saying essentially “We are on our way. See you soon.” I race home to find my buffet on its side siting at my front door. Terrible service!

Shipping policies are Terrible. This company has wonderful merchandise…
This company has wonderful merchandise and great advertising however their shipping policies and procedures are pathetic at best. They show items in stock and ready to ship but the manner of shipping or the level of service is terrible. In stock items taking 4-6 or more weeks to arrive. I’ve even had two items in stock and paid for in full that were scheduled for delivery 3 months after placing the order.

I found the whole experience… lacking in service and any sort of consideration.
I found the whole experience frustrating and lacking in customer service. I understand delays in shipping but the lack of consideration and reliance on automated responses frustrating. We purchased a chair and it arrived damaged, shipping company refused to deliver it and I had to spend my time calling your company to defend the fact that the chair arriving damaged. Your company insisted on photos but yet never apologized. We ordered the item and it is your responsibility to ship and respond to customers. The table arrived and well again like everything else from your company very very poorly packaged. I know you have items shipped from others countries but the lack of quality checking is severely lacking. Also when an item is extremely delayed it would have been nice to have been given updates, not just emails but calls to say you are sorry its been delayed.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! I purchased a marble top table that looked NOTHING like the online picture. The marble is hideous. The table wobbles. They will not replace the table or take it back. All sales are final and I did not see that in the fine print. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a horn bowl which arrived - but not as nice as displayed on website. I also ordered a furniture item that I’ve now been told will not be arriving until July so I’m a bit disappointed. I’m also waiting on the delivery of two other items.

My two star review has little to do…
My two star review has little to do with the products I have purchased recently from Kathy Kuo online. I have been redecorating, and I have really liked the things I've received. However a few things did not work for me. I wasn't surprised that this happened and was already considering other items as replacements. Then I discovered the return policies. One item looked very much like it had quite a bit of grey with black. It did state it was black and white but I still assumed it had some gray. I quickly realized I only had FIVE DAYS to return items. A 15% restocking fee applied and I had to repay shipping to my home and back on a few fairly heavy items. Who has time to send anything back in just five days? These are the reasons I only gave two stars in my review. James Robert

Kathy Kuo has some very nice items
Kathy Kuo has some very nice items, but their procurement / delivery / communication has issues. For one order, my items were originally scheduled to ship in 6 weeks. 7 weeks later, I was notified the shipment was delayed for 2 more months. Shipment delays happen, but this could have been communicated earlier. Another item I ordered showed up extremely damaged. Kathy Kuo issued a refund, but it was extremely frustrating to have waited a month for something that just ended up being broken.

Everything was NOT great with the delivery!!
Everything was great until delivery. To begin, they were 2 + hrs later than what was said to be the time (9-1pm) and then they were parked at the end of the bldg when there were parking spots in front of our bldg. That wasn't the worst thing. They brought the box (quite large) up to us (were on the 2nd floor) and left it in our den, took pictures and then left! They then came back and said they would help us take it out of the box. Our drill was dead so they left again. We had to take it out of the cardboard box THEN take it out of the crate it was pkgd in! Now I'm not too fussy but that was not worth it to me! I'm not certain it was the right thing to do and furthermore my husband has a very bad back and is 80 years old. Sooooo I wasn't pleased with the ENTIRE experience! I'm sorry.

The help desk is horrendous
The help desk is horrendous. They were unable to discuss "exacts" with us and unable to solve issues or sound like they had the methods to FIND the answers. Then the delivery team didn't even use the Kathy Kuo name when they were delivering. Impossible to track when a design studio is doing several houses and ordering a lot of materials. NEED IMPROVEMENT

I'm clearly not sure what the problem…
I'm clearly not sure what the problem is but I can not seem to place any orders on line or over the phone with your company with the exception of 1 which was for a Art Silk rug costing over $3,000.00. I have tried many time to order other items but am not able to get the order completed. My credit card has ample credit, I have a store credit of $100.00, but none of it works.I have lost many discounts and coupons trying to place orders and spent tons of time doing so with no avail. Even your staff on the phone can not seem to complete the order. Perhaphs you can contact me and get the problem fixed.

They work with very cheap manufacturers and there is not any quality control. The two products that I purchased from them from two different manufacturers were both defective. The only reason I give them the two stars is that their customer service representatives are responsive and professional.

Took almost a year to arrive...
Giving 2 stars because the coffee table I ordered is beautiful and the lady that helped me at the end of my journey (it’s been a journey to get this) was beyond helpful and got to the bottom of the customer service travesty. I ordered a table in November 2019. I got the table September 2020. Basically no communication the entire time. It was supposed to arrive in February. When it finally was scheduled to be delivered the transit company never delivered it. Again, no communication. It wasn’t until I got in contact with Flora who looked into everything and scheduled white glove delivery for the table one week after getting in touch. The table is great, but based on my experience I won’t be ordering from here again.

The article was deliverd with no damage…
The article was deliverd with no damage but the delivery guys didn't bring the nightstand in the house. It weighed 80 pounds and he told my housekeeper she couldn't move it - so he knew it was too heavy - but they just left it in my garage. I had to hire someone to move it to the bedroom - my husband just had surgery - super poor service on their part!! FOLLOW UP- I was contacted by their customer service department with an excellent response!!
