Reliable and fast delivery
The delivery was very fast but also, after enquiring in many different bike shops, nobody would send me a ne electric bike to Cyprus because of the issues with the Li-On battery and air transportation,. this was not a problem for IBK, the bike was delivered quickly and with no extra costs or hassles. I could not recommend them enough., they were cheaper than most, more efficient and caused me no issues whatsoever. An absolute pleasure.

Delivery to Poland
I ordered the bike from IBK to Poland. It was an Orbera Oiz in a beautiful Green Goblin paint job. From the time of ordering to delivery will be even a month. The bike was well protected and came undamaged. The contact with Eduardo was efficient, the invoice was issued without any problem. I would have given 5 stars, but the bike was delivered without a cover to protect the frame from chain strikes. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than a month for the cover, so I was forced to purchase a temporary cover fastened with velcro. I recommend the IBK store because they have a large assortment, high discounts and care about good customer contact. The store could gain new customers from abroad if shipping times were faster :)

be patient and you will be rewarded
for a start, what I liked less and what is worth improving 1. communalisation. 2 days on average for an answer, which also often provoked further questions and therefore prolonged the process. 2. time from order to dispatch - definitely worth working on to reduce this - I know that during the season there is a problem because there are too few hands to work, but maybe it is worth hiring people to help temporarily? For the long waiting period for the bike a gift was promised but in the end I got nothing. what was liked: 1. pre-assembled bike - from my side putting wheels and handlebars and saddle. 2. packing the bike - there is no chance of anything getting damaged during transport. 3. the price of the bike - very good for me

GREAT PRICES EXCELLENT QUALITY
I recently purchased an Orbea Laufey bicycle and I must say I am delighted with it! I was initially dubious about buying a bike outside of Poland, where I live, as I feared long deliveries and damages. The IBK company did an amazing job with both packing and assembly (professional assembly at an extra cost of 50 euros). The bike arrived intact with no problems in 4 business days. There were some stressful days as I had to wait almost 2 weeks before receiving the shipping number as they were quite busy with other orders, understandable as we are in the middle of the season, but everything worked out fine! Eduardo helped me a lot, I thank him very much and I apologize again for the multiple emails I sent him. A little advice to the company: if there are delays it would be good to let them know right away by email so that customers don't stay doubtful about what is happening. for future customers: if you want to buy a bike, be patient if you are in the middle of the spring/summer season, everything will be fine but with a few days delay on the schedule stated on the website. "Patience helps the bold and you will be rewarded" Thanks again, now it's time to ride!

I ordered the bike and there was no…
I ordered the bike and there was no sign of it being processed after payment - I emailed and a reply said that it would be processed two weeks ago - it still says that it is pending delivery to courier - I am worried about this transaction Update 1. I have had a further email with shipping details - we shall see when it arrives . Update 2. The bike arrived on 23 May. It requires a professional build which was not expected and will cost an additional 150 Euros. It was supposed to arrive before 7 May. My wife's birthday was last week and it was a gift for her. We also have a holiday this week and the bike is not available due to the requirement for a professional build. I am therefore leaving a 1 star review in place. This has been a very stressful purchase and if the company had told me in advance that there would be such a delay in delivery and that there would be such poor communication and that there would be the requirement for a professional build I would not have bought the bike. So they have the benefit (I paid almost a month ago) of having caused a lot of stress and disappointment. The bike was available from other sellers including the main specialized dealer at the same price. I think that they should refund me the price of the professional build and shipping cost. Update 3 - just to clarify the bike was delivered completely un assembled in original packaging. It requires specialist assembly using specialist tools that are not available to me or my usual bike technician. Specialized dealer will have to assemble. I do not accept that you were in constant communication with me. Your communications were very slow and sporadic and in fact you only really started to communicate with me properly when I posted on trustpilot. Even then you have communicated inaccuracies in your responses to me. This is a disgrace.

The bike is shipped with a thorough pre-assembly process, including: Quality control checks for any damage during unpacking. Adjustment of the derailleur group and tightening of the derailleur hanger. Brake adjustment, including pads, shoes, disc centering, and caliper alignment. Checking the tightness of various components like cranks, wheels, swingarm, suspensions, etc. Steering adjustment. Packing quality control. Firmware update and engine calibration. (WSBC025028154S) The final steps of mounting the front wheel and saddle are intentionally left for the customer to complete. This is a simple process designed to protect the bike during transit and ensure that these components arrive in perfect condition. Many customers choose to assemble these final parts themselves, and it should not require professional assembly or a cost of 150 euros. If you prefer, most local bike shops would be able to assist with this final assembly for a much lower cost. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the final assembly steps. We will make sure to clarify this information in the future to avoid any misunderstandings. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our customer service.
