I have been trying for a week to cancel an order with them. Opened 3 service tickets with them, and been ghosted on all. Don't shop here for holiday season or any season beyond Eventually had to contact the BBB who forced them to refund my money.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware, do not purchase from this website! I tried ordering a couch from them and have been trying to get an update on the tracking status to which they have not responded to any of my emails. All of the positive reviews on trustpilot must be fake ones they generated themselves.

Beyond terrible experience
I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered a sofa on 7th September and the delivery timeline said 10 weeks. It’s way past that timeline and my order has still not shipped. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service through phone as well as through their helpdesk email and through their chat (which doesn’t work, it just leaves them a message) and have gotten absolutely NO response! They have not responded/ communicated to me on any potential delays or anything at all. They charged me the whole amount for this product (all of $1000) and have disappeared! Please do not shop at this site.

Poor experience
We’ve had a very poor delivery timeline and customer service experience regarding the shipping and delivery of our product. We haven’t yet received our product although it is way past the expected delivery window. They removed the customer service phone number from their website so there’s no way to talk to an agent, and they haven’t responded to any of my email inquiries. Beware while purchasing.

Worst experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had! They have no number to call and stopped retuning any emails! I waited for my order since March 15th when it finally came in back in June both vanities were damaged. One was even cracked all the way on the side and the other completely stained. It looked like scratch and dent items NOT like I had spent over 2k. Then, they told me they would send me new ones or offer an 80 dollar discount (hahaha) and I asked for new ones and was promised they would arrive no later than mid July. It is now August and I have received nothing. I am now left with damaged items and a delayed bathroom project. How can any business survive with this kind of HORRIBLE almost non-existent customer service?!?! Don’t order from here unless you want to waste your money and wait half a year for a crappy product!

This store does not offer any guarantees on its products, so be careful if you are going to order something, you have been warned. Previous BAD experience, turned resolved

Great Seller, Price and Product!
I purchased a 70" TV stand from Hernest.com. The product arrived in just three days from TX to UT, which is much faster than I expected. The product was received in perfect condition (105 lbs) and it is so beautiful after I spent four hours to assemble it. After placing the order, I saw a lot of negative reviews that were happened in the past. I was so worried that I even went ahead to call PayPal to dispute the order expecting I would never receive the shipment. On the contrary, I got a great bargain because the same product which is sold in Bed Bath & XXXX.com for over two hundred dollars more!

FAST Shipping!!
I've read a number of bad reviews and honestly, this was the best purchasing experience I've had! I ordered a TV stand on Wednesday 12/6 and I was provided a Fed Ex tracking # the same day. My order was delivered on Mon 12/11! I haven't opened the box yet so can't speak on quality yet but the box is very heavy Update: I've opened and put the tv console together. Nothing was missing and it is a high quality, sturdy piece. Also wanted to mention that it was packed REALLY well. No damage was done to any of the pieces-especially the corners which unfortunately seems common with other companies

TV stands Christmas 🎁 100 percent satisfied!
I am new customer to the Hernest brand. I was watching Alicia Kim YouTube channel and I saw her with a fireplace TV stand. I texted her and she created a video with a code that i could used to purchase the stand. So I went right after watching her video went right over to Hernest website from the link she gave on her YouTube channel. On December 15,2023 I ended up purchasing three different types of TV stand for Hernest. They were very affordable and was well discounted to fix my budget. This order number had two TV stands in it. YT1000112794. One of them came very fast but one had labeled where it was unable to read but nevertheless I reach out to the company Hernest and they assured me that it will get to me before Christmas because I had mentioned to them that's it's for my children Christmas 🎁. They all ended up coming way before Christmas and was set up very successfully. I was setting it up all by myself so it takes me a few days but two of them was set up in time for 🎁. The TV stands and instructions was pretty straightforward but I am not a connector but I had to learn real fast by reading the instructions booklet and it was very clear and concise. But the most challenging part for me was to construct both sides because I had the part that the doors supposed to hang on to turn to the back but once I had that figured out the rest was much smoother. My son's love their gifts and the fact that they can put their socks etc in it. Me I love all of them. I just finished building the one I got for my room and trying now as I write to rearrange my room to accommodate my new TV stand to my family. The first item I had ordered is the fireplace with the TV stand. Order number is YT1000112791. Same day as the above date mentioned. I opened the box and extra all the pieces from it, and began connecting the pieces together and as I was getting the hang of it from setting up one prior to it, a piece was missing but I was a bit down and I left it for the next day and reach out to Hernest and told them, the problem I ran across and the solution. Hernest team was very helpful and even given me the option to chose exactly what I would want to do. I sent them pictures as was requested and part also came chip and in the end they reassure me that they will compensate me for the damages base on the pictures I sent over. I had to used one of my son building wood blocks to add in order to put the fireplace in and to hold it firm. But overall all three TV stand is amazing and makes my apartment look so much more comfortable and my living room now, with the fireplace and the changing colors my children could not get enough of it. They started screaming wow! Wow! One jump and said, " you're the best mom"! People if you're looking for TV stands to fit your rooms in your house, look no further than check out the variety they have to suite your needs. I even recommend Hernest to my friends and family. Well worth my money and time spent setting it up. Maybe if one need help one make a purchase and need help I could help in that capacity just saying. Big thanks to Hernest for such amazing designs, details, instructions, and just about anyone can do it, with or without knowledge of connecting the dot. Trust all the items needed to fit it together came with it. If tools your issues, those days are over. Just get your patience skills up and something to drink and you are good to go in less than an hour, depending on you and if you have to deal with children like me. Good quality product.

Update -Not sure what is going on but I placed…
Not sure what is going on but I placed 2 orders for furniture 4 weeks ago. No updates on delivery ( although suggested could be 10 Weeks updates would be good) Their link from Facebook says “error” Their public link, hernest.com says no site error 1-11-23 Still no product but Hernest did contact me multiple times to assure me the product will arrive in Jan/Feb timeframe. So for now I have updated my rating based on their customer service and will do a final review when/if product arrives

Very Cute/Smaller than I thought
Although I was planning on using this my entry, I decided it was a little bit too small. They are great quality for a fabulous price. I love the neutral colors and variety of sizes, Having said that I still think it's a very cute wall décor and seems to be well made. I will still use it somewhere in my house, maybe in my daughter's bedroom, i think it would be perfect.

A lovely floating vanity - Meet My Expection.
We purchased a vanity last month in early December for our remodeled bathroom. Cabinet was well packed lots of wrap so no scratches or cracks made me feel satisfied although it arrived much more delayed than anticipated. Only drawback is you have to but it together. It was very easy to do an feels very sturdy! The sink is nice, come separately from the base but is also very well packed so there was no damage! This turns out better than expected. The floating design works great with small space. It was just what I wanted to make my small bathroom looks bigger. This is the perfect addition to my midcentury décor and all around very please with this purchase.

Sturdy and strong
The package arrived super fast and was a breeze to put together. I had it assembled in under 10 minutes all by myself. My first impression of the dining table is the tabletop feels really nice to the touch and it feels really sturdy. We're planning on buying a set of dining chairs.

Great and Functional vanity with LED mirror
I got this vanity because it fits the limited space in my daughter’s bedroom. It has plenty of storage and shelving. It has a few settings on the lights, which is also an added bonus. Seems pretty sturdy, but I still anchored it to the wall just in case (for my 12 year old daughter’s room). Assembly was easy, while it did take a few hours to put together, the instruction was clear and parts were well labeled making it easy to follow.Positives:the mirror has one small scratch,but they offer me some options for this case,customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Media Console
I liked it from the pictures and I went by my gut. Turns out I was right. Package arrived undamaged and with all the hardware. Very beautiful piece and pretty easy to put together (maybe because my husband did it lol, I was the helper), it is so sturdy, and you can just tell it's such great quality. It leveled up my living room, it's so much cozier compared to the other one we had. This is an excellent TV stand and I eally love it.
