Disappointed in delivery service
I spoke to an associate about the delivery, I was disappointed that I would be charged extra for delivery in order for Grayson to inspect my furniture shipment and to set up in my home. I expect this from an online stone but not a reputable prestigious furniture company such as Grayson. I ‘m so disappointed with this treatment.

For orders over $1500, standard curbside delivery (i.e., the nearest dry area outside your home) is free. However, for white glove service, which includes unpacking, assembling your 100lb item, setting it up in the room of your choice (up to one flight of stairs), and removing the packaging, there is an additional charge. We try to share this information throughout our website, including the product page and inform customers who call or visit our showrooms. Very poor customer service
Grayson Living usually has good prices but has horrible customer service. I recently bought a bed that arrived so badly damaged that I sent it back. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have another 5 weeks to wait for the replacement. I was promised a refund but kept receiving emails saying that I’d have to forfeit the $300 shipping charges. After a month of frustration, I still don’t have my money back. I won’t be doing business with them again.

watch pricing
I used the make a offer selection. Grayson took my offer. When placing my order I noticed that the pricing of the items I wanted to order had gone down below my offered pricing by a few hundred dollars. I placed my order at the lower price, but still feel a little off put that the price had been lowered below my offered price in a matter of 3 days. If I had not check the website again before I ordered to double check the size, I would have paid more.

Ordering from the website was straightforward. I was able to find the information I needed easily. Response to my email requesting clarification/confirmation of specific shipping and return policies was quick and complete.
