DAVE banking BAD EXPIRIENCE
Dave may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, or suspend or terminate your access and use of the Mobile App, dave.com or the Services at any time, with or without cause, in Dave's absolute discretion and without notice... This is their agreement for their clients. It sounds very unpleasant and arrogant. Your money is in no way insured against being blocked. if you have a choice, do not use bank DAVE, they treat their customers as restaurant workers treat cockroaches and rats.

Very shady bank
Very shady bank. They do business as Mercury.com as well (read the fine print and evolve is the bank behind them) and if you deposit money via a wire they hold it for days and then once it goes in your account the do a "compliance" check and ask for very detailed info on your customers. They want sales contracts, bill of sale, the customers name, and a lot of detailed info. If you do not have that info they will simple keep your money and never reply back. Check mercury.com's reviews and you see they do it to lots of people. They will not return calls, emails, ect. If you run a business you will be left with no money to make payroll or pay your bills. They claim they can hold it as long as they wish by their "policy" which is not provided to you when you sign up.

I recently used Prepaid2Cash which your bank funds. This site is a scam and they have given me nothing but false information in regards to my transaction. I went through their process and they took $500 from me and they advised that the transaction was approved and that I would get my money by Venmo but that never happened. I received emails indicating my funds were sent to my Venmo but then I got another email saying the transaction was rejected by their system and it was up to my gift card provider to be able to re-input the money they withdrew in 5-7 days. This company is misleading and this is a clear example to not trust sites like this. I have emailed them proof of everything that shows the transaction was approved to them email me confirmation but their response is they will get back to me. This company does not have a phone number and this is the reason they don’t based on what explained. I don’t understand how your bank is can associate with fraud company’s.

If I could give a zero I would. They overdrafted my account by doing double ach debits. It’s been almost 2 weeks. They found the money and still have not credited my account. This is not a trustworthy company.

RIP_OFF BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A one star is too high. Evolve bank, ripped me off for over $2,5000 by falsely and fraudulently withdrawing from my account over $2,500.-- over 3 consecutive days. How can they continue to operate? DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They are con-artist!

IF I DIDNT HAVE TO PUT A STAR IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW I WOULDNT! I WORK FOR SPARK DRIVER (WALMART) AND HAD TO GO THROUGH EVOLVE BANK , SUPPOSEDLY MY DEPOSIT WAS POSTED BUT IT NEVER SHOWS UP AS "DEPOSIT" IT SHOWS UP AS "TRANSFUND" AND PLUS IT SHOWS AN ATM FEE THAT I NEVER TOOK OUT !! I work at a University that accepts wire transfers. Evolve NEVER includes student info on their transfers making it nearly impossible to process their payments. I am making all your customers aware of this incompetence with the hope they will NEVER use your banking institution again.

I have $ 17,000 in my account and i called them to with draw 12,000 for a car down payment and they said that I have a limit of 2000 a Day. So I have to take 2000 a day and there blocking my card every time. I called them everyday to see what I'd going on and the act stupid like always. This is the worst on line bank if any one is using them leave as soon as possible from them . There the stupidest people and banking on line

Interestingly enough you can't just search "dave app" you have to come here to evolve bank. The dave app does not show account activity, instead they send a pdf via email once a month..huge red flag . I was missing money and things just weren't adding up, I was missing more than I was tranferring on the 2-3 business free option. Shame on those allowing this type of thievery. I hope you get this in return someday.

Never use this bank. They know nothing. They’re in a room full of people and it’s so noisy that you can’t hear them say what you couldn’t understand if you could hear them. Pathetic. Never a supervisor. No knowledge about products and services. Unfamiliar with everything asked. Scammers!

very unprofessional and difficult to work with somewhat vultures which is common, they claim they didn't get my credit report but there is a very clearly marked hard inquiry on my transunion and also shows on credit karma if they lie about something like this I can't imagine doing business with them. my gut told me to steer clear and it was correct.

Without warning they put a freeze on my bank account so i cant access over $1000. Since there was no warning I also had a $700 direct deposit that is lost. I need access to those funds. My rent came from this account and is now late. I have no idea when I'll be able to pay it.

I’d give 0 if I could
I’d give 0 if I could. Evolve has frozen everyone’s accounts with zero notice due to the collapse of Synapse who processed their ACH and credit/debit cards. Synapse is now under Bankruptcy protection. Why Evolve has not found a new processor yet, is beyond comprehension. I have $500 frozen plus my $2800 direct deposit is now “lost”. It’s not in my account and it was not rejected/returned to my employer. I have literally no funds and no way to access what is rightfully mine. This is no way to run a company. Lives and livelihoods are at risk. No way to pay bills, buy food, get gas in the car to go to work. All this & Absolutely NO communication from Evolve. I can only imagine the class-action lawsuit that will come out of this. You can’t just freeze people’s accounts, give zero explanation and expect us to be ok with it. A one-day glitch is an inconvenience, 8 days and counting - unacceptable. Do not bank with them. If you’re a current customer - File a report with the FDIC and continue to call/email Evolve prompting an immediate resolution. Good luck to all who are suffering in this horrible situation. Evolve - you need to fix this - like yesterday!!!
